High prices and an increase of $1 per item if you pay by credit card, too bad you only find out after paying for it. It doesn't seem right to me and it's too expensive.

Although we love this restaurant, it's starting to need a little cleaning and upkeep. Outside it needs a good power wash, clearing of weeds and revamping. I get the old look, that's cool, but there's a difference between old, clean and upkeep to old dirty and run-down.

What a wonderful 40th anniversary dinner tonight. As always, our meals were fabulous. Our server Robin was a delight. Love. Love. Love it there. Do yourself a favor and visit this awesome restaurant.

Another wonderful dining experience at Old City House. The food and service are excellent. Esteban took great care of us all night, answering questions about the food and providing great service. The pork osso bucco was delicious and the filet just melts in your mouth. Can't wait to go back!

This is probably our favorite restaurant in St Augustine. Wait staff and food are exceptional! Unfortunately we had to eat indoors due to heavy rain so noise level was higher than outside. The patio can't be beat for ambience

I don't often write reviews but I don't often eat at a restaurant that knocks my socks off either. Without question, this was the BEST meal I've ever eaten in the twenty-seven years I've lived in the area (including Jacksonville as well as Saint Augustine). The food was to die for, the ambiance was perfect to celebrate an anniversary and Mack, our waiter, went over and above to make sure we were wined, dined, and exceptionally happy! I have already booked our next visit!

I was pleased to have “wine time” and dinner in a cozy place where we could actually talk. For several years now I have been turned off by the ancient, dirty carpet underfoot and hope they can replace it (to keep the quiet ambiance). Service and food were wonderful.

Loved our dinner. Service by Kimberly was excellent. We had a reservation on we were seated immediately. We enjoyed the she crab bisque. I had the rack of lamb and my husband had a special; crab encrusted flounder and we shared crème brûlée for dessert. We missed the parking area but found paid parking down the street. Very enjoyable evening. Apparently it is also an inn as neighbors were staying there and loved it. Would definitely go again.

Dinner with 2 sets of friends. We knew by prior experience they could ‘handle' us. No waiting, efficient, friendly service. Good wine list. I ordered the pork shank bone in. I did not pay attention to what the others ordered. There was nothing left; but, 6 empty plates. We were EXTREMELY satisfied Highly recommend.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at the Old City House Restaurant- could not have had a better experience! Food was prepared to perfection, chef catered to my dietary restrictions , and the wait staff were so eager to please - professional but very friendly! Relaxing atmosphere- would not hesitate to return! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing a more upscale dining experience!

Love this place. I've been trying to go here for over four years and finally got to a while back. Store attendant was super friendly and gave us some super helpful tips. Hope to come back soon!

Old City House Inn is a favorite! Always amazing food and great service. Get the crab soup, it's hands down the best! Very intimate and small, but so charming inside. You won't be disappointed.

Another anniversary celebration at Old City Inn Restaurant. We know we're going to get great service in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Mac our server was friendly and professional. Unusual to see so many empty tables but this is off season. Prices have jumped across the board and here was no exception. $54 for catch of the day; swordfish. It did have a thick layer of crabmeat too! We were treated to a nice key lime torte to honor our day. We will be back - always a nice experience

We are from St. Augustine and have always looked forward to our evenings at Old City House. This visit will probably be our last, however. We were seated at a very small table; and when we asked to be seated elsewhere, another table was shoved up to our small table. We were then told we could spread out for additional room. The restaurant was not full, and I feel we should have been given the option to be seated at a larger table in another area. The food was good, but the ambiance was destroyed by this initial action.

The experience one has dining at this quaint restaurant is a breath of fresh air with a genuine ambience of old world charm! The food and service are 10/10 with an A++++ for presentation! The staff remembers who you are, know your favorites, and kudos to the amazing chefs who prepare unique dishes incorporating blended culinary styles!! Enjoy
