Its a tough thing in position to want to enjoy something with your family, understand its a large responsibility, learn even more how its more than you anticipated, and hopefully only break the things that can be mended with a smile. This is a new journey with my family. With that i need a support system like any new, complicated, and very costly endeavor. I have begun to know Moe, service manager, Toma, finance manager, Rj, sales associate, Jake, repair and service, Penny, parts and service. They put a dedicated and endearing approach to the overwhelming process and have been an excellent guide thus far in meeting my needs and extinguishing worries. I hope to maintain such a relationship as mistakes are made, parts fail, frustrations mount, and expenses are incurred. To sow the seeds of trust.

Best dealership I have ever been to, RJ & Antonio helped me find an amazing deal on a Camper that was exactly what I needed.
Thomas hooked me up with really good Financing! with low, payments & a nice long loan term. (& 3 year Warranty)
The service department was awesome. Jake gave me a very educational walkthrough the Camper (As I needed because I have never owned a Camper.) & Moe answered all of my questions. witch helped me be & feel prepared for operating my camper. amazing above & beyond customer service.

The dealership didn't slick me at all on anything. (Witch was a first for me. as I have always been slicked by dealerships.)

Excellent place to purchase an RV and worth traveling to for top notch customer service. RJ helped my husband and I with our RV purchase this month and we couldn’t be happier with his intentionality as a salesman. Toma was amazing making the financial side of things seem like a breeze. Moe was on top of things when it came to parts and services and Penny in sales was extremely helpful in helping us buy what we needed for our RV. All in all this location has a wonderful staff that are all great at what they do. We skipped over campers inn and camping world and came here and we are glad we did!

I couldn’t share more of how positive my experience has been with Blue Compass. RJ was a great salesman. He is attentive, communicative, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way as my family and I transition into full time RV living. Toma was amazing at walking us through all the financials and making sure our RV was in budget and had all the coverages we needed. Moe runs the best parts and services department out there!
Additionally, RJ helped coordinate a storage location for our RV until we moved out of our apartment and to our full time site. When I say Blue Compass goes above and beyond, it is an understatement!

Absolutely the number 1 RV Store and service location in town. They helped me tremendously with a significant issue even though the store was closing as I arrived. Amazing and so helpful. Our AC broke and camper we are living in was over 80 degrees inside being here in FL summertime. We reached out to Blue Compass St Augustine and Moe and Sean were able to order new AC in 24 hours repaired and ready to go. Highly recommend them!

Shawn was more of a guide than mere sales person. He knows the product and answers all questions even after the sale. I've been shoulder to shoulder with many sales reps in my time and I got the feeling Shawn worked for us rather than the dealership.
