Went on our honeymoon in St. Augustine. While looking through shops to bring home gifts for family we found this little shop with tons of grooming supplies for men. Talked to the gentleman there and used their recommendations. We've ordered from this place every single year since 2020 for gifts for that same person. February 2023 by To Find and Be Found
I already loved the products, but when I communicated that I may have received an incorrect item (wasn't sure if it was because of labeling or simply the wrong item), they immediately offered to send me the correct item for free to make up for it. I hadn't asked for a replacement -- I specified that I liked the item I got, but that I was uncertain if it was a plain scent or the scent I ordered. No matter! They sent the one I originally wanted anyway.A company that does right for their customers even when their customers don't ask for it is a good company.I'm currently all stocked up, but I will continue ordering from this company and will absolutely be using them to get gifts for the other people I know.

This location is no longer open. You can find them in their original location behind Hyppo pop. They have a nice selection of knives, beard supplies, leather goods, and t-shirts. I got my hubs a few things due Christmas.

I have been trying to find an oil my husband will used to control his beard. The stache sign caught our attention first. Then after talking with the gentleman there I bought the cedar and cinnamon beard oil. My husband loves it so much I went back a purchased the rest of the bottles on their shelf. They are great and very informative!

Finally a store for MEN! Oak & Adze is a diversified lodge of masculine products for refined gentlemen, rugged lumberjacks, rough and tumble woodsmen, or soulful artisans. Perusing this new shop on St. George Street was a delight for me but I wished I had my husband in tow so he could pick out what he likes. They have the most fascinating products including hand carved sling shots from California Beech, hunting knives, pipes, and beard and grooming products. They are also plenty of axes because Oak & Adze philosophy is, "Every man needs to own at least one ax." The all-natural beard and grooming products are also locally made here in St. Augustine! One thing I had my eye on was their colorful "Seed Bombs" to use with their Sling Shots. The Seed bombs are in the Slingshot ammo area and have a seed mix containing 10 different wildflowers inside them. Their website states, "To activate the Seed Bombs soak them in water until they become soft and squishy. Then take your slingshot and shoot them in any direction you would like. Once the seed is shot watch the seed bomb blow up on impact causing a cloud of color. Have fun shooting and gardening!" It's wonderful to have a store that's a celebration of masculinity and a haven for "Gentlemanly Men" but women can still have a great time there too!

I walked in there and the two men behind the counter not very friendly. I asked about the razors and got a short answer. The salesman could have asked what I was looking for and been friendlier. Especially if I'm going to buy a $50 razor. I am a local, I live down the street, I had been going to the shop they closed. There was no sign indicating they had a new location. So obviously the shop doesn't want your business. I really wanted to buy a good razor for my chemo head. Just an awful atmosphere there. I don't waste my money on businesses that don't know how to be friendly. I'll just go to Target and buy a good one from them. I am sure what Target will sell me for $50 will be just as good if not better. Again, don't waste your money on a business that has very poor salesmen and customer service. I guess they are just into guys.

Yes. At long last, someone has the stones to open up this sorta shop. Just think of it as your basic Yankee Candle Factory - but for the testosterone-laden. I certainly have nothing against guys exhibiting heightened levels of estrogen - so do not read this as any sort of bashing. (my own wife, at times, questions my own imbalances, and the very fact that I feel compelled to go on and on apologizing for my clear position here is paradoxically pathetic, but there it is. back to this toystore...) Cool stuff. A great inventory of Proraso - an italian shaving products powerhouse. A little background here might help: This company started in Florence as a cosmetics company in 1908 but didn't move into shaving products until 1948. While you can also get Proraso @ Target and other big-boxes, you won't be enjoying all the other "mancraft" that stocks this square footage. Great leather products - serious bags and notebooks. Shoe shine kits, axes, camping stoves, slingshots, razors, pipes, beard oils. Just a whole bunch of awesomeness packed in this little store-front. (I'm going to ask my wife if I can go again...) ;)

Finally a store for guys. They have everything you could want and did not know you want. Wooden Brim hats, Hatchet, Camping accessorizes. Shaving gear. A real mans shop. You wont find anything like this any wear else on St George St. So excited for this new shop!
