I brought my car in for a flashing check engine light. The ultimate fix prescribed was over $2,000, despite the only actual issue being a prolonged misfire of one cylinder. I asked for just the plugs to be replaced, but was told that the $200 price tag on the diagnostic would only go toward the repair if I accepted the entire $2,000 bill. I ended up getting spark plugs from Autozone for $90, switched them out and everything cleared up. Seems like price gouging and manipulation at a time when no one’s checkbook can remotely afford it. The employees were nice overall, but a smile from someone while they rob you doesn’t really help all that much.

Took my car here to have a recall fixed. The service dept was so nice and helpful. Very efficient, got my rental and had me on the way. Picking up was easy, and my car was ready and brought around quickly. I would recommend this Nissan dealership, I have been to others and this one is by far the best one. 10/10.

I have been going to this Nissan dealer for close to 20 years, have had at least three different vehicles serviced. Overall have always been satisfied, but this particular visit was not the best. Had to wait close to 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. Also the checking out procedure was slow. My car was done and ready and parked in the lot while I was still waiting. Probably just a bad day, I will still be going back for service when needed.
