I received a mailer from Nissan of St Augustine with their Christmas/New Year Sale and there was a Scratch and Win game with big NO GIMMICKS NO GAMES. Next to it. I scratch the cards and see it says I won $7500 or a Polaris. I read the fine print, I have hubby read the fine print, I'm no fool but I didn't see anything implying it was a scam. So I call the number and provide my special code, she confirmed that I won the prize listed. I hurriedly leave my kiddo and family time to run to the dealership only to be met with a RUDE guy who told me I did not win either of those and I should have "read the fine print" because "we're a dealership trying to make money". AND THEN ASKS IF IM LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR. Honestly it was disgusting and I'll get my vehicle serviced elsewhere from now on.

Cannot begin to explain how deceptive of a business this is. They ran a special Christmas/new years scratch off for a chance to win prizes. The fine print so was confusing in wording so after we "won" what appeared to be $7,500 or a Polaris, we called with our code and they told us we were winners and to come in. We drove 35 minutes to get there only to quickly realize what a scam it was. As soon as we pulled up, this place felt SHADY. The guy took our information and went to check our codes to see if we were winners only to find out we won a $2 lottery ticket. This is such a sick and deceptive practice. I saw MULTIPLE other families in there irate because they too found it to be incredibly deceptive. I felt badly for people who may have actually thought they were hitting a much needed blessing in the new year. I hardly leave negative reviews but this place, its people, and their practices are DECEPTIVE. This is a sick trick to play on people. It felt too good to be true but it was done in such a way that it was truly believable. Please find a better way to sell cars because this ain't it. Yuck.

I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change 2 hours later nothing. They said they are still looking at my Nissan Titan and there is more work they are recommending. If I get the additional work it could be 2 more hours. All this time I've been in the waiting room. WTF is wrong with these people?

If you want to get the best deal, go to Nissan of St. Augustine and see Eric or Amanda or any of the staff there. They work like heck to meet your budget and preferences. They are straight forward, professional and caring. My sons went there and were offered great deals. I'm a Chevy girl, but when I buy my next car, I'm headed to Nissan of St. Augustine!

I purchased a brand new Nissan Kicks, which was delivered with a scratched bumper and a dent in the trunk. The dealership then "lost" my title. Despite several phone calls to the general manager, I was given no help. I had to secure a replacement title at my own expense. Nissan of St Augustine should be embarrassed by this treatment of a customer.

When I dropped my car off there and I asked him for how long. He said 1-2 hours. When I returned after couple hours and they didn't even start work on my car. He could've told me "up to 4 hours" then I could've rented a car ago instead wait all day for nothing. Wasted my time.

Avoid this dealer. I had too many problems to list here. The first was the salesman said he would negotiate, but the sales manager walked over and said he would not. This happened twice on two cars. The last problem was they hid the license plate from my trade-in. When I asked for the plate, they ignored me until I posted a note on their review and reputation management site visible to the public. (Note I edited this review once they contacted me after I posted that note.)
