We were unable to find any suitable shoes in our size. The staff were decidedly unhelpful. They tried to push up towards the higher priced shoes and even though they had huge clearance signs none.ofnthemshoes were on clearance.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. A lady explained the difference in the old vs the new 680 shoes. I bought a pair of the new style. For an outlet, the prices seem high to me. That's the reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

The sales person hooked me up nicely. She had plenty of knowledge of the products, and how to fit me properly. My wife was able to find a pair as well. Kudos, again, to the lovely woman who helped us.
