I'm from Canada and I am very fussy and picky with my jewlery, I was in St. Augustine when I needed a repair on one of my jewlery
when someone recommended this local store in the heart of downtown.
I brought in my jewlery that needed repairs and jewlery i wanted to upgrade with better quality. The owner of the store, Mr.Myers, customized my pieces so beautifully and professionally exactly as I wanted that I was impressed very much.
I wanted to thank Mr. Myers for such fine work you did at such a reasonable price.
Thank you again.

Mr. Myers never ceases to amaze me. He's patiently mounted and remounted for me; always pleasantly humbling himself to my eccentricities. This humble artist has many talents. As you look about his tiny shop you're in for some treasures. He creates bowls of wood, handwriting instruments as well as unbelievable jewelry.

This shop will hold a special place in my heart forever!
When I was shopping, my boyfriend stumbled upon this place and surprised me by getting my ring reshaped from its very smooshed oval shape back into a circle. He was chatting with Leonard about his projects, and having a good time distracting him from getting his work done, I'm sure, but Leonard was very nice and answered all of his questions. He told us how he makes jewelry and about his different tools, which was fun to learn about.
While we were there, Leonard pointed out how delicate my ring had become over the years of wear. It was very thin and starting to separate in places, so reshaping it was tricky. He showed me under a microscope where the ring was worn down.
My dad got me the ring in Mexico on my 16th birthday, and I've worn it everyday since then. I'm in my 30's now, for reference...it's been on my hand for over than half of my life. My dad passed away, so I need this ring to last.
I asked if he could fix it, and he did me one better: he said he could make a mold of it and create a copy, but make it a bit thicker so it would last longer. That way, I can put my prized ring somewhere safe, but still have one to wear without worrying about it breaking.
I just got the new ring back today, and it's absolutely perfect! Did I tear up when I opened it? Maybe....

We wondered in while shopping in St Augustine and glad we did. I needed my engagement ring polished and the owner cleaned my ring so well it looked better than when we originally bought it. All the small scratches on my band that accumulated from everyday wear were completely removed and the gem was the sparkling. The owner takes a lot of pride in his work! Would absolutely come again.

I HIGHLY recommend Myers Jewelry & Gifts!!! I bought a ring several years ago for my husband and everyone quoted me $$$$ to get it sized, and I had given up. Randomly met him at another store and came by to trade the ring in - instead he was able to size it up and preserve the pattern and integrity. THANK YOU LENNY!!!

I was referred to Myers jewelry by another of Saint Augustine's fine silver/goldsmiths who work to support their jewelry talents as kind of a network. I found that to be refreshing and professional for all. Leonard went above as an artist to change stones in two rings for me. He was truly a craftsman to be able to complete this task with great skill. Having come to know this little historical business has been a pleasure. Out of this tiny bench house comes silver and gold custom and repaired masterpieces. I highly recommend Mr. Myers.

Great experience at Myers!! Happened upon this place while walking around downtown- I had broken a necklace chain on the way. Leonard was able to fix it on the spot in no time. Very informative and honest about the process/ materials. Highly recommend this shop!

I came with a coin I purchased and asked if it was possible to get a custom piece done with it. Leonard quickly talked shop with me and we discussed design, style, karat and much more. He also apologized for the delay in my order due to him feeling unwell. I just received my order and it looks better than I envision. It came with a cleaning cloth, a box and a string of what I think is leftover gold from the job! Definitely pay him a visit, you won't regret it!!!
