I needed a propane tank refilled. Someone greeted me as I got out of my truck, filled my tank promptly, and charged me only for what was put in the tank. So many places have a flat fee of like $20 whether you get 1 gallon or 4.

The truck was on empty when we picked it up. The contract indicated it had 1/4 tank, but it didn't. We have a photo of the gauge. Luckily there was a gas station in time before we ran out of gas. We put $20 in the tank. When we returned the truck, as soon as we pulled in the guy working there said 'you're all set' and 'we'll email you your receipt'. When we got the receipt, we saw we were charged for items we did not have, furniture pads and a dolly. We took the receipt in and the man working there took a really long time poking around on his computer. Finally, he took it in the back to who I guess is the manager. He said she was going to refund the overcharge and it would take 5-10 business days. When we asked for a receipt showing that, he said it would take a half an hour or so to print the receipt. 30 minutes to print a receipt, really? He then told us 'she's not on the clock, she's cooking dinner.' I guess she is the only one who knows how to work the printer. I rented a small truck this weekend and returned it in perfect condition perfectly clean. I was charged a $25 plus tax cleaning fee because the blankets we rented were not folded. The contract does not state anywhere that they need to be folded. Besides that a customer would presume the blankets were going to be cleaned or sanitized prior to them being rented out again - why would they be folded for that!! Then I called the local office to discuss the fee and was told there was nothing he could do and for me to call the corporate office. I c allied the corporate office and was told there is nothing they can do and to call the local office. Total scam to the customer. It's been over 24 hours since I filed the complaint and no response. Highly dissatisfied!!

We rented a truck from this location to protect our belongings during hurricane Irma, only to find that the truck had leaked and some of our belongings were soiled after the storm passed. On initial collection of the truck we were told that the truck was "damaged" but it could be quick fixed so we could use it. I noted the issue to them when I returned the truck and showed noted the soaked blanket from leakage. They denied any wrong doing and so we are screwed with soiled mattress and couch. It's traumatic having to lose your house in a hurricane but adds more anguish when you are treated this way. We've waited months for a call back but none so far. You should be ashamed of treating people with such disregard, specially after suffering loss through a hurricane. We'll be doing our utmost to spread the word and to everyone reading this please don't be fooled. I'm not writing this from anger, rather deep disappointment that anyone would be so disingenuous. Just remember karma isn't kind in situations like these
