Had a great experience here! Brought my car in for a damaged fender flare and also wanting some paint fixed on the side mirror. They were transparent and communicated, got the work done quickly, and were affordable. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend.

Amazingly fast and affordable! I had a broken side mirror on my mustang, and they replaced it completely and fixed a paint scratch for a very reasonable amount, all in 2 hours. If only everything in life could be this easy.

Terrible place. I got cussed out by a guy with an accent. All because the person who hit my car has GEICO. So if you have GEICO they will refuse them to look at the car. I have had a rough enough day without some ignorant guy at a tow shop cussing and yelling at me. Not to mention how many clients you will lose since you have a beef with GEICO. Again I DONT WORK FOR GEICO. So instead of cussing e out about it maybe talk like a man not like a little spoiled kid. I am just trying to take care of this issue. I don’t deserve to be treated like trash all because the car that hit me had Geico. It’s a principle thing. Don’t go somewhere who treats people like that and tho is they are better than everyone else. Btw very expensive and they have poor equipment. Call any of the other tow companies around. They will tell you. Call GEICO and they will tell you. This guys is a serious problem for the community. And something must be done about it. Guess who recommended them the Sheriff…. Well they know better now. I called and played the recording of our conversation. No more recommendations or calls from St. John’s county. Duval is next.

I had a fender bender with my garage, caught just so at front quarter panel and ripped the whole front off my car ! Wow! I was so upset and so Mikes was recommended by a friend, the reviews were very good so I called them. They told me to bring it right in and they would give me an estimate. 2 weeks later , to the day, my car looks brand new! They even made my interior look brand new, (there was no damage there!) It is like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Thanks Mike, Sean and the whole collision team there. I appreciate you guys!

Highly recommend!! Had a crazy situation…a parking bumper with rebar sticking out punctured my car and I had to get home to my baby. Mike and Shawn came with a quickness and handled it in less than 5 minutes. I’m so grateful and so so happy I called them! Mike’s Collision is seriously the BEST!!!

They have been spectacular in handling 3 accidents with quick estimates and repair. Their speed of estimates and pricing and honesty in what the procedural steps are always minimize concerns and install confidence in the work. And Shawn is very loyal to previous customers.
