This is the best Metro by T-Mobile store by far! Carlos and his team are wonderful and if I have issues and need help, I know I can count on them to try to resolve it. They are patient and truly care about the customer. I'm a happy Metro customer because of Carlos and his team. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Brenden was awesome. He got me in and out in the time frame I had to deal with a teenagers broken phone today. I'm eternally grateful it wasn't a time consuming ordeal like these things can often be.

This store is the worst. It is in a terrible location as far as traffic. Has limited parking due to proximity to restaurants. They have no phones in stock. Their staff does not know about what is in stock. ----- After a call to Brendan (smug staff member) to see if they had a Samsung Galaxy S23 with NFC to run my Father's Freestyle CGM, we packed up my Dad for a trip to get Mom a new phone at this location as with our plan MetroPcs does not offer online upgrades. We arrived and they didn't have the phone. WTF!?

Friendly staff, I wanted to get a tablet but they require you to have phone service as well so I went to Walmart.

I've gotten my past three phones from this location, and I'm continuously pleased by their customer service. I've always been the sort of person who does my own tech stuff and phone set up and syncing.... But there is something so wonderful and utterly stress-free about walking into a store and having someone else do it for you. Today was no exception. Brendan was patient, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He did math for me and even showed me pictures of his cats while we were waiting for my new phone and old phone to sync. I've been very happy with Metro/TMobile's coverage, selection if phones and accessories, cell service, and costs and will continue to go there every time I break my phone.

I've come in several times to learn something new or get help with a problem on my phone and the staff at this Metro store are always so friendly and helpful. Brenden was great....not at all condescending or impatient. Thank you!

Had all three associates help me figure out why I couldn't pay my Metro bill using my new Wells Fargo debit card. When they were through, they fixed everything and even refunded the five dollar sucharge on account I had to visit the store to pay. I walked out with a BIG SMILE with relief and thanked all 3 lovely ladies for helping me. Thanks, Charles.
