Jay was a phenomenal young lady. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. 10/10 I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Jay was fantastic. She was able to do for my mother what AT&T couldn't after years of being with them. Jay was patient and friendly. My elderly mother was feeling anxious about the hassle and Jay personally handled everything. Happy mom happy life. (For me lol)

This is the best Metro by T-Mobile store by far! Carlos and his team are wonderful and if I have issues and need help, I know I can count on them to try to resolve it.
