I can't thank them all enough for taking the time to pay extra attention to her while we were in the store, and there were tons of other items on sale that work perfectly for gifts to family, friends, and coworkers. “Went on our honeymoon in St. Augustine. While looking through shops to bring home gifts for family we found this little shop with tons of grooming supplies for men. Talked to the gentleman there and used their recommendations. We've ordered from this place every single year since 2020 for gifts for that same person. The cloven helm beard oil and pomade by O & A. ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Our salesperson, Anna, had an amazing capability of simply looking at us and determining what might look good as well as the correct waist and length for jeans. Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. Anna was more interested in our satisfaction than simply pushing merchandise. We will return!”

“Went in to find some nice clothes for work. Was looking for lightweight material like polyester because it’s Florida. The clothes are great but the selection of polyester blend was not great. Two associates helped me look at different items. They were very friendly. Store was clean. I didn’t buy anything due to the everything being cotton but will continue checking in from time to time. Prices seem fine.”

I called 2 hours before they were even open, she told me what they had and when I arrived, led me to the suits, gave me the right fit and it fit perfectly. “I have followed and supported this brand well before I had the extra money to actually buy any products. I took advantage of a sale a few months ago when I did have the extra funds available (I really did not, but was severely struggling mentally and needed one for everyday to wear to work as armor) and have not regretted it a single bit. I have CPTSD and a sever traumatic brain injury from a car accident three years ago.
They are the most comfortable shirts and perfect for any occasion. Great material and the perfect fit. I absolutely Love everything about the shirts and the company. Born and raised in North Central Florida, so I love that their home base is out of St. Augustine and I get to continue supporting local as well as everything else about their mission. Will never stop shouting their praises to anyone willing to listen.”

Had a promotion where the more you purchased, the higher your discount was. My sons and I purchased a large bag of clothes with a saved amount of $302 off the normal retail price. “This Outlet has a nice selection, but limited inventory. I was there during their 4th of July Sale. They had one of the best sales in the outlet mall, 50% off everything! Including the first item! Sales associates were friendly. Handicap parking and access.”

“I was in today to buy my mom a gift for her birthday and take advantage of my Tapestry worker discount. The associate was involved in her business and when I asked her to ask her about some discounts and let her know my intention to buy as a worker, she looked at me very surprised, every time she spoke she continued addressing my mother (who does not speak English) and looking at me with bad face. I don't know what his problem was. The rest was great, the manager was very serious but attentive and efficient. I think they should improve customer service to improve the “Coach” experience; and I will definitely tell my supervisor about this experience.”
