“On Sunday April 16th 2023 my husband and I came to St Augustine for vacation. He had hurt is toe before we left and it became progressively worse . After calling numerous rentals for a knee scooter I came across First Coast and spoke to Rebecca which doesn't rent scooters but just happened to have one in their building. They lent the scooter to us free of charge. I can't tell you how grateful we were for their help. Thank you and God Bless!”

“I was referred to ERNIES by the local Home Depot for a specific item they did not handle. Upon entering the store i was immediately greeted and felt as if I were a regular customer. I had the pleasure of being served by Nathan and Kevin who knew their jobs very well and found me exactly what i needed. The resident Healthcare Specialist and Respiratory Technician, Jamie, was immensely helpful in showing me how to properly use the device - something I'd not been shown during a previous hospital stay. So, I was very thankful for the thorough instruction. All office staff I encountered were pleasant and professional, a pleasure to deal with.”
