“After waiting an hour at quest only to be told, point blank, that I would likely never be seen due to scheduled appointments I decided to try this lab on a recommendation.I will never be back to quest ever again.Within 10 minutes of walking in, I had all new patient processing completed and my blood drawn. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend to anyone tired of the "who cares about the customer" experience at quest.By the way, this place was one of a handful that managed to draw blood without really any pain. I was extremely impressed.”

“I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else but here for lab work! Even if you don't schedule an appointment, you are in & out with very minimal waiting. But it's the techs who keep me returning! They are caring, friendly & extremely efficient! Rarely do I feel more than a very tiny pinch of them inserting the needle!”

“I made an appointment ahead of time online and had no issues being seen at the time of my appointment. Keep in mind they get booked up really fast and you might need to schedule a week or two in advance for a specific time frame. The waiting room is small. The guy next to me thought he was a "walk in" but the nurse told him he was actually "stand by" and not guaranteed a spot unless someone no showed or cancelled their appointment- so that's good to know. When I told the nurse I'm nervous around needles her countenance became softer and she engaged in conversation to keep me distracted. I had no problems and would schedule an appointment here again.”

“I had a great experience at this location. I will say that it is always a better experience when you have an appt instead of being a walk in. Teresa was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Please remember that the staff is trying their best, and if you are a walk in (and hungry) your experience might be a little influenced by that.”
