Alex was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs to suggest the right mattress. Gets delivered in a few days so great to know about benefits of 10 year warranty and 120 night sleep trial. Buying experience was beyond pleasant. Hoping the mattress is as great as the customer service.

Damian was such a huge help! My son broke his bed frame and they had a new one shipped directly to our house; upon opening the box it was the wrong one and they immediately had a replacement for me to pick up at their local office. Will refer all friends and family to this location as well as any time our family needs. Awesome place with awesome staff!

Logan at Mattress Firm was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all the benefits of one mattress vs another and was never pushy to make a purchase. We ended up choosing the Posturepedic Plus Hybrid and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Mattresses Firm and Logan.

My husband and I went in there, and Joel was quick to help us but not in a pushy or overbearing way! He educated us throughout the entire process, and gave us time to think and talk! He was 100% awesome and accommodating, we were just going in to look but ended up buying a dream mattress because we felt comfortable with him!
