The men that were at the office checked what was delivered and showed me how to attach the part. I realized the part was not going to work for our needs. They then knew right away what my Moms oxygen concentrator needs were.I was so happy and decided to order it. They told me it’d take several days to receive the larger battery and concentrator. About 6 hrs later to my surprise everything Mom needed was delivered!
