Horrible! Customer service doesn’t exist here. Walked around for 15 minutes couldn’t find ONE person working. I saw one rep finally and when I started walking towards him, he just walked away! What does Lowe’s pay these people to do!!??

Went to this St. Augustine store yesterday. The girl at the customer service station offered only a sour expression and apathetic tone when I asked for help with an item. The man at the plant section on the other hand was pleasant and helpful when I entered the store. Left and purchased my item somewhere else. I did see a bunch of cute plant pots that I’ll gladly travel to a different Lowe’s location to purchase those.

We placed our custom blinds with Robert Glomboski beginning of June and was promised will get in couple weeks. Well, we did receive it at the wrong address (our old address), but was able to retrieve and noticed that one of the blinds dimensions was wrong (dimensions and order was all placed by Lowe’s). I called immediately and same Bob promised me he would take care of it first thing in the morning and replace order. To no surprise we never heard back and walked in Saturday evening to the store and spoke to him. He said he would need store manager approval and would place it first thing in the morning on Sunday. Well, that didn’t happen either. I then called on Monday and asked to speak to store manager which customer service would keep refusing to do, but then they spoke to Bob and he sent an email of the quote basically saying he did it. 10 days later now, I called store to get a tracking number and they told me the order was placed 4 days later than Bob told us and our order and job is now a whole month delayed. And yet again refused to connect me with a store manager and hung up on me. This store takes your money, lies to you and is extremely rude. They don’t even want to fix anything as they all equally rude and misleading and get away with it every time. Shame on you, Lowe’s, Bob, customer service who can’t even talk to customers and store manager who is never available or cares to rectify anything!

I asked if someone can carry a handheld toolbox out to my truck, seventh spot parked on the left, to see if one of my tools fit in it. I was told yes, but on the way out the door another employee said we were not allowed to do that. I would have to purchase it and return it. Which I think is so unnecessary all we had to do was walk 10 more steps and we could see if my tool fit in this little handheld toolbox. Guess I’ll try Home Depot

Sharon, at the checkout account counter was extremely helpful to us. And spent a lot of time trying to help us find a gate. She even called us back to let us know She had called another Lowes to see if they had it. Thank you, Sharon. People like you are few and far between these days

I ordered 8 cans of paint for a project. I received someone elses breakfast from keke's instead. Three hours on the phone. No help from lowes store or customer service. Had to call third party delivery company. I will never buy or order from lowes again. Horrible customer service. Still no refund for order or my order

Convenient and easy to find an employee.
Garden center was packed anything you would need for your yard or garden.
Full range of bird bath pumps and supplies.
Lowe's seems to be an easier shopping experience being able to find the location of items your looking for and having them in-stock.

I was trying to buy paint. An employee was on a ladder to stock and refused to move so I could get what I came for. Just looked at me as if I was the one in the way.... I'll have to be desperate to come back here. The customer service was awful
