Lowe's as a whole avoid . Me and my girlfriend Ordered a washer though their app. They scheduled 12 appointments for delivery and never showed up. Cancel the order. Went to the local store here in town. Reorder it there. They were supposed to contact us when it came in never contacted us. Went in to check on it. They sold it to someone else. They reorder it. We checked back every couple days this time. It's always going to here the next day. Which it never was they sent us an email saying it was in. We go here they have it. Told them I will be back in two days with a trunk. They Said that was fine. Show up then. They sold it again to someone else. They reorder again. Go by like everyday to check on it. It shows and get this they won't give it to me. I got to schedule a pick up. So I do. Which they can't do for 2 weeks. I show up on the date and time. And they do have it. They sold it again to someone else. Are you kidding me. I will never go to Lowe's again. Everything they told me did not happen.

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. The purchase of a dishwasher has turned into an almost month long absolute nightmare. In 30-plus years of purchasing appliances I can truly say this has been the worst experience. Nothing was handled correctly after the first dishwasher I purchased died on the very first use. At least 12 phone calls, a visit to the store and several emails later I am still charged for things I was told would be refunded to me. Add credit card fraud to Lowe's list of unacceptable business practices. Avoid this place at all costs and either go to Home Depot or Setzers and get things completely correctly the first time, and without fraudulent credit card practices.

brought the wrong washer.left the dryer. have no idea if or when the washer will be coming and I spoke to the warehouse. I'm in hold with the local Lowe's and they have picked up the phone and left it on the counter. I'm just listening to store sounds and people talking FOR EVER.

I went to get Ceiling fans for our new home. We went in on Saturday and they had 5 of the 6 in the style we wanted. Kevin checked and stated they had a truck coming in that evening. He promised if the fan came in, he would hold it for us. When we arrived this morning (7/23/2023), he had the fan sitting at his workstation waiting for us to come in and get it.

Lowe's is close and convenient, mostly has the stuff I need , purchased 3 bags of mulch 50 lbs bags, asked for help loading it into my car, cashier told me there was 1 guy in the back who was loading 100 bags, she didn't ask for any other assistance , I'm an old guy and the it would've been nice to get some help, oh well...

I called in asking for box sizes and after an hour of waiting on the phone to finally someone answering I asked her what box sizes were available and for her to give me the dimensions she then proceeded to tell me that the boxes were on the floor and that she didn't know. When I asked her if she was able to get that information for me she said no and then hanged up on me.

Biggest cluster nightmare for flooring purchase I've EVER experienced!!! I will expand later. But they deserve a ZERO based on the massive inconvenience and loss of thousands of dollars. The ASM Tom is worthless so is Matthew and quite frankly so is Nick in the Pro Desk area. The entire flooring department is messed up! Terrible follow up after screw up after screw up! Corporate will be getting an earful from me.

Never ever buy any appliances from this store. All they are good at is taking your money. I spent $4,000 on appliance , installation and haul away. The deli Ty guys dumped a microwave box in my living room and I cannot get the store to even answer the telephone. They disconnected me 3 times. How many hours does it take to get 2 appliances purchased and installed, let alone paying top dollar. Impossible.

Wow what a disappointment! I've told them for two years to move pool salt to the main door where all the other salt is located. The incompetence of the Merchandisers is unbelievable. They need to fix this immediately. Also out of 5 gal.water every Monday.

Ordered an oven microwave combination on April 6th. We have a new home, with no oven. We are unable to cook. They have scheduled delivery four times, today being the latest. They didn't even bother to call to cancel this time...took my husband an hour to track someone down. New scheduled delivery is February 3, 2022. Disgusting. Run as far away from this place as you can. We will never shop there again. Gave them one star just to be able to leave this comment.

I ordered a washer. Very happy they had in stock and scheduled for quick delivery (3 days). On day of delivery, no one shows up and no one calls. I call the delivery grp and was told the driver decided he wasn't going to deliver anything more today. No automatic rescheduling either. I don't know when I will get it now. Horrible service!
