Worst haircut of my life by Mindy. Uneven. Choppy. I'm not sure how you misunderstand a bit below shoulder to two inches above shoulder. It's not even long enough to secure in a clip to hide the awful cut, so now I will be miserable and hot in summer. At least they didn't charge me for absolutely butchering my hair. She did keep apologizing realizing she messed up and kept saying my hair was elastic and it dried shorter. Mind boggling. To top it off, it felt like she was ripping hair out of my head with thinning scissors and that has never happened before. Did Mindy just graduate? I confirmed the new stylist had experience when they called to confirm my appointment and they said yes. Will never go back and I am so angry at the incompetence. She also kept saying that she always makes this mistake and cuts too short. What the heck are you doing with a pair of scissors in your hand then? I guess good help must be hard to find. Now I have to go to someone else to fix this absolute disaster.

I went to London Looks today to have my hair balayage, cut & styled by Mindy and she absolutely nailed the look I was after. I left the salon so happy and will definitely be back, Mindy is 100% my go to stylist from now on! The salon itself was very clean and multiple people working offered me coffee & water. Such a great atmosphere, I highly recommend going here.

Ive lived in St Aug for over 30 years. Ive always gone to Jax for my hair. Ive been going to Cindy now for a couple of years and loving it. Shes sweet and kind and real . She can do anything you ask for. Thank you for helping to keep me young The shop is quieter than other shops. Ive been to salons where you cant hear yourself think. This one has a nice peaceful vibe.

What a wonderful salon! As a first time customer, I appreciated the warm welcome when I arrived and how quickly my stylist was ready for me!
Julia is the stylist I saw and was well worth the 6 week wait for my appointment! From the comprehensive consultation to the fabulous haircut and styling, I can’t say enough. I will definitely be returning (this time booked my appointment in advance), and I highly recommend.

My second time going to see Cindy and she's amazing. I'm here 9 years and have tried most salons and never returned. I made a habit of going home to new jersey to have my hair done. I no longer have to wait. Cindy does an excellent style on my hair

NO TRIM. I had my haircut in Dec and went back for a trim 2 months later. I was told by the woman at the counter that I couldn't get a trim after 1 month and I had to get a haircut. The stylist was embarrassed but said nothing and we tried for another haircut which wasn't great and I not knowing the big city ways, paid. I never went back. It wasn't until I went to another salon that I found out what a scammer the London Looks was.

I love everything about London Looks. They offer great services and and everyone is so friendly and the salon is super clean. I highly recommend London Looks and especially JULIA. She is a color genius and does a fantastic job cutting my almost white hair perfectly! Believe me, you will be thrilled with your results as well.

So I went back to Cindy and I explained to her that my hair was naturally wavy but I couldn't find anyone who knew how to cut it to release its potential. I've had to use hot rollers for the past several years because I couldn't find anyone who would listen to me and cut short layers all over! I brought Cindy an image of what I wanted for fringe and then we discussed in detail what I was wanting. She is a genius with wavy hair! These pics are literally my hair after just a wash and run! No more heat rollers to try and correct half straight half wavy hair from not enough layering. Cindy's gift is in her being able to communicate clearly and being a gifted hair specialist! Thank you Cindy! You've made me feel like a hundred bucks!

They are always super friendly here, but they really struggled with my actual hair cut. A trim and bangs shaping lasted more than 2 hours - i think my stylist wasn't used to cutting thicker hair, and was intimidated by the thought of cutting it directly. I asked for curtain bangs, and ended up with blunt and lopsided bangs that my stylist had to call someone else over to try to fix. I ended up just going to a different salon the next day to get it fixed.

My appointment was on time, the beauticians worked very efficiently as a team and the service was impeccable. Mr. Phil did a great job on my hair … I love it! He really helped out a traveler who has been on the road for months. If we ever return to St. Augustine, I will visit London Looks Hair Design again. Thanks everyone. Good job!
