Does not even deserve a one star. Worst service ever. They delivered the product with no problem then would not come to the house to service the broken equipment. Scared of the dirt road we live on. Just discontinued their service and we have to take the equipment to them because they "can't come down the road". Funny how they could come down the road to get the bill started. Our new service has absolutely no problem coming down the road.

Picked up a PEP Device (Positive Expiratory Pressure therapy) today, which was ordered by my Pulmonologist. The resident Healthcare Specialist and Respiratory Technician, Jamie, was immensely helpful in showing me how to properly use the device - something I'd not been shown during a previous hospital stay. So, I was very thankful for the thorough instruction. All office staff I encountered were pleasant and professional, a pleasure to deal with.

I was extremely impressed with the personal and professional nature of the gentleman who brought me my oxygen tank and equipment. He took the time to explain me how to work with all of the items and made a point of bringing back additional portable accessories. Based on my experience with Chris Wood I would recommend lincare to everyone. Including other patients. He was really a life saver and so much a pleasure to have actual worker with Great attitude and knowledgeable. Chris deserves more than just my thanks. Thank you lincare for sending him to my home. Sincerely ? thank you Chris Wood it was a pleasure and the oxygen was really needed and you made me feel comfortable throughout & about the process

Outside at 8:40 ringing the bell for service no one here. I’m here to pick up oxygen for my father. Their van is not working and I’ve had to come here every other day to get oxygen tanks myself. Terrible company. Horrible people. They don’t return your phone calls. Chris the oxygen delivery guy is the only person of redeeming quality. Says he sorry for the inconvenience, the others…

Instead of listening- they wanted to tell me all the reasons why my insurance company would not cover even though I spoke to my insurance company AND another company has my CPAP business now. If you would have just listened Rachel, you wouldn’t have lost my business. There are other places people. Do your research and don’t go here.

Horrible. Since taking away st. Augustine office and placing me into Orlando I have nothing but a difficult time getting supplies without a fight and multiple phone calls. Do not recommend this company. No one can answer your questions, they just transfer you to someone else.

I've had the worst time getting my supplies from these folks. How are they still in business? They more than get paid with all my insurance but still can't seem to get their act together, customer service is awful.

Awesome caring people willing to go out of their way to help my mother. Super big shout out to Sherri, Debbie, and Manual in Texas. Thank you guys for helping me in crisis(first time dealing with oxygen) and to Rachel and Keyon and everyone at the St. Augustine store that has helped me through the last few days. Thank you all for going above and beyond and for being there for me and my mother. Lots of love to you all, you guys definitely deserve a raise ❤️

Customer service was very unprofessional. Was calling to establish care with the company and the representative did not provide any knowledge on my questions. Representative also was rude.
