Called a bunch of plumbers and irrigation folks today, most who were 2 to 3 weeks out. I was able to get one irrigation guy to come tomorrow but I decided to keep calling as leaking water is an emergency in my mind. I called Leonard’s and within a couple of hours a team of three young men showed up and fixed the problem which was a broken back flow valve for my sprinkler system. They also fixed three sprinkler heads and reset my sprinkler system so it runs when it’s supposed to. They were all very courteous and respectful and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend these guys.

James Leonard did an excellent job. He came out the same day I called to fix two broken pipes - came after hours but did not charge me for that. He also found several heads that needed replacement. He pointed them out and told me what to buy and how to do it, to save money, or he would have done it. I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. Definitely recommend.

I thought everyone should know that the owner of this business and his son invaded a house, knocked the doors down, and beat up a 16 year old boy. This 50 year old man slapped me across the face and pushed me as well. This family has no morals and are dangerous to be around, much less pay them to do work at your home.

Mr. Leonard did come to my home today to resolve the issues, for which I am grateful. While I appreciate that, I disagree that my perspective was exaggerated. Mr. Leonard did not repond to my calls because he was out of town, but I had no way of knowing that, as no message stating that was offered. After several days of calls I assumed I was being avoided. That being said, I am satisfied with the resolution. I believe this was a misunderstanding that I wish had not occurred.
