We came to the St. Augustine outlet location Saturday afternoon/ evening September 28, 2024.
The customer service, more like the lack of customer service is a total joke and embarrassment to the retail service. One worker was sitting on top of the counter engrossed in her phone. She didn’t even bother looking up or attempting to answer a question. We understand breaks are needed but if you’re on a break go to the back room.
Asking the other individual a couple of questions and she just points in the direction and barely mutters out “it’s over there”.
Needless to say, we will be going to Sonma for now on. They may be a little more expensive but their customer service and appreciation far outweigh the rudeness and uncaring attitude you receive at L’eggs Hanes St Augustine outlet.

Terrible experience today. Staff inattentive. Manager had back to us whole time. Checkout girl left electronic tags on bras - by the time we got back home (40 mins later) we discovered. Called - they said nothing they can do - to return to have them removed. "Human error" she said. Terrible customer service - never offered any compensation for drive back - I'm going to send a review on the receipt. Not cheap prices either - don't know why I bothered.

Nice staff. Price for socks and underwear is more for the same thing at Target. Why is Target cheaper than the supposed outlet?

Customer service was horrible, my mother and I where not greeted nor did they ask us did we need any help. Another customer came in and they where greeted. I spoke with the young lady but they both laughed and started saying whatever.

For the first time, I have had a clerk scowl, mutter, and tell me I had attitude issues. Usually, I am willing to give excuses of "it was late," "all of us were tired," etc., but not now. Good customer service requires putting a smile on and behaving in a polite and civilized manner, not behaving as though the customer is a nuisance and personal opinions can be freely spoken: "you have a bad attitude." I suppose once the transaction is complete, Brie feels free to speak her mind. I simply replied by asking for a full refund. This is the last time I will do business at this store.

I was so pleased with my trip to this store. Roseann and JennyLynn went above and beyond for me when I was shopping for new bras. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are two of the best sales people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!
