My son and I made a special trip to this store today (2/25/24) to replace a pair of Birkenstock Arizona Sandals. We returned to this store as we made our initial purchase there July 2023. Our experience today was not the best As such, we will not return.

Very rude associate. Visited today at 2pm. Asked about Vionic brand and styles....acted like we were talking gibberish. My friend tried on a pair of sandals and the associate was appalled even though we were complimenting the comfort of the show. My friend hung back up where she found it and the associated grumbled under her breath as she ripped the shoes off the hook and acted as if they were soiled and wiped them off with her hand. I told her she was very rude and from there she wanted to argue with me which I had no part of. We quickly left as she screamed obsenitys at us.Strar clear of this awful woman who actually appeared to be a witch.

I went in to get a pair of shoes and I was debating between two styles I liked. My husband called looking for the store and I stepped out to wave him down and the guy working there locked me out as soon as I took two steps out! I told him I was just stepping out for a second. It was around 5pm so it wasn’t closing time. WHAT THE HECK!?!

This place is called "Kind Walking" but the employee working today was the farthest thing from kind. He asked me twice if I needed help finding any shoes, and when I asked him for a specific pair of Birkenstocks, he shouted for the whole store to hear: "No we don't have those shoes, that's what everyone your age 25 and under asks for.. because they have NO originality and just copy each other, and they don't have their own style....etc" If you want to make sales, you probably shouldn't insult your customers to their face, let alone shout the insults for the entire store to hear. That comment was extremely uncalled for. Needless to say, as soon as he said that, me and my family walked out of the store and will not support a business like that.

Ordered Thanksgiving Dinner from Publix on US1 South St Augustine FL. It was horrible. Followed all instructions on heating the food up but - Mash potatoes were lumpy and loose, green bean casserole remedy to be very old, cornbread dressing was tasteless, marshmallow surprise was sour, turkey breast tasted like it had been soaked in salt, Dutch apple pie was very liquidly. It all went in the garbage. Complete waste of money. Will never order again. Don't know what company Publix is using to get these prepared meals but it's not helping their reputation. Completely disappointed in Publix. Donna L

Purchased a pair of Vionic sandals and loved them but the longer I wore them I noticed the part around my toe was stitched incorrectly and bubbled up. I went back to the store and was able to switch them out with another pair. I know returning shoes in this day and time can be hard on the owners with the short supply so I appreciate that they worked with me.

Check the recent reviews here before shopping. Overall, I would say we had a good experience IN STORE. It was busy, and they were understaffed, but after waiting a while, we got great and pleasant customer service. MY ISSUE is with ordering. DO NOT ORDER ANY SHOES FROM THEM, ONLY BUY IN PERSON. We ordered an expensive pair of Naot shoes on March 15, assured that they would arrive before Mother’s Day. We paid the $150 price tag upfront. We began calling last week (first week of May), because we still do not have the shoes. Multiple times, no one answers even during operating hours. We have been told different things by everyone who did answer. We were told the shoes were mailed on April 14 (a whole month later), but when we conveyed that we have not received them, we were told that “whoever wrote the address had horrible handwriting.” Okay... but the store had our number and no one called to verify our address? Also, a tracking number could help clear things up, but no one can provide a tracking number. We were then told that only the owner handles shipping. We were then told to email
[email protected], which I did, still to no response. So far, we paid $150, have no shoes, have no idea where they went, and have received absolutely no help in recovering them. This is one reason that it can be really hard to support small and local businesses, when one can just order from Amazon and get it in 2 days, guaranteed, with a sure-fire return policy and refund protection. We won’t be back.
