Been there twice, both times the store was supposed to be open at 10:00 a.m. Both times it was closed at 11:00 a.m.

Terrible customer service today. Went to get outfits for an event for my kids. She helped the other customer who came in after me, I waited to see if she would assist me after…. Unfortunately I could not find everything I needed. So I went to the counter to purchase what I found on my own. She decided to ignore me further and go around the back and literally left waiting at the register. If you are a minority shop else where. I left and went to Ralph Lauren and got excellent customer service there. I don’t think I will shop here ever again, the time before this I was also ignored and still decided to buy from their establishment. Two times is two many especially when I see them helping others.

This place should be shut down! IT'S SO BAD! The food they sell here is so laughably bad! Some of the morsels are even to small to fill a person up! And they call those the "regular size meals." Do not eat here! At any cost!

I’m absolutely disappointed with J&J!! I’ve been a great customer for the last 8 years. Last week, I made a big purchase online. During the shopping, there was NO notice that there were no exchanges or refunds for the online shopping until further notification! Now I need to change the sizes of 5 pieces and I can’t! Unbelievable! I have been to two sites and all I hear is that they can’t make the exchanges. The customer service phone doesn’t answer. What I am supposed to do? Is this the way you treat good customers, J&J?

Let me start by saying this review isn't for this location but, the st. John location. My mom and I have shopped with this brand since 2016 the year my daughter was born. Our home store is Avolon in Alpharetta where they know us by name. The last bundle of clothing was purchased ahead in smaller sizes. My 2 year old girl who is ofd the charts in height skipped the season and sizes. We have moved to JAX so I figured I'd just exchange or return then here. I called ahead and explained to thw young lady on the phone that it was bought by my mom and I dont have a receipt and since then have taken tags off most. She said bring them on in. Let me make it clear I'm a mixed female who speaks very proper! Once I arrived at the store I stated to her who I was. She looked as tho she saw a ghost and I say that to say She wasn't expecting my race with how I sound over the phone. Before we could approach the counter her demeanor changed drastically. I took thw items out and she said these are old and final say items and I can't return them. My system wont allow. I asked her to TRY since she allowed me to drive after I called. After trying two she said no. I asked her to call customer service so she did. She started to tell the rep things not on my behalf so it would be no chance in help. Not to mention when I began talking she muted the phone. When I asked her did she she said no but, the rep then asked her a question so when she had reply she had to take it off mute. From what she told rep one he said no I have follow what the store says. I asked to speak with a manager the phone magically hung up. As we got another rep on the line she was almost helpful telling the lady to give me a store gift card in replace. The store attendant refused and became flustered. The rep put us on hold then said ahe could take the item numbers send it to back of bouse and they could get current prices. In that time, me still being very patient with a 2yr old after 40 mins the store attendant became speaking to mw bc now she realized that I wasn't a fraud. We began convo on how I ended up moving to JAX from ALP. Once I stated I was the girlfriend of a football player it was like the heaven gates opened. She became to force the reps to try and help me or so something in my favor for my time. They came to resolvment to hbae me send the items in and they would work it out. She then started to offer comp recycle bags from brand and to have the label sent there so she could send the items for me. After all this I left with nothing done after a 40 min drive into town. I won't be back to that location to help there business at ALL. I still will continue to call a higher command to get this handled. I'm so glad I'm a patient and respectable lady bc I think anyone else would have lost their cool. St. John location do better, please realize money has no race on it and we all work to earn and spend how we chose. In 2019 be open minded to know you'll have customers of ALL race and they should ALL be treated equal bc they money ia being spent on your brand equally.
