First time ever writing a review. Just moved here from AK bought two new tires for my Yukon and needed them installed. I have had to come back four times because they were not installed right. no one will return my call. I would not ever use this dealership for any kind of service.

I have had some good and some bad experiences. Most recently the outrageous price for parts through the dealership caused me to not have the use of our 2016 Chevrolet Colorado for over a week. I was able to get 2 headlight assemblies for $560 rather than the $995 each through the dealership.

I had issues with my key fob, for my GMC Acadia. I brought it in to be programed, but there was something actually wrong with the key fob its self. Josh in the service department was amazing, he ordered me a new one and kept me updated the entire time. I usually don't use the dealership for anything, but because of the service I received, I will continue to go back, the customer service was excellent. Thank you Josh and Jack Hanania Buick GMC. I appreciate all of your hard work.

I had set up an appointment online for a new vehicle inspection. Lindsey was at the counter and she was the one that gave me the awesome customer service experience I had when i was there. She was very personable and friendly. She took care of everything, She kept me updated on the process while I waited and she handled the insurance company perfectly. When my vehicle was finished with the inspection she offered a free car wash. She has a great personality. She understood where I was coming from and she understood what I needed and she took care of it all very smoothly yet professionally. She's just an overall good person who knows what to do and how to make the customer service experience that more enjoyable. Thank you Lindsey!

We had previously purchased my suv from them and had a great experience. So we went back for my husband to get a new truck and what an awful experience! The sales man said we would be without a vehicle for 4 days as the truck wouldn’t be ready to go (day of sale). We ended up in an argument with him and finally he asked someone about getting us a loaner vehicle. His answer to everything was no which was surprising. We finally picked up the truck and it had 2 miles of gas in it and was dirty and smelled horrible. So disappointed won’t be going back

I had a mixed experience with the Jack Hanania dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. Our vehicle broke down, and we were towed there for repairs, only to be charged without clear explanations. We were in a rush to get home, so they worked with us, and we ended up purchasing a brand new car. While the process was chaotic, I must acknowledge that they did provide us with a hotel room to stay in while we waited for the new car to arrive, which we were grateful for.Collin, the manager, and our sales representative Chaz were initially helpful during this process. However, our post-sales experience has been frustrating. Our attempts to contact them for returning an extra key and addressing unresolved car issues have gone unanswered. What's more, they accused us of taking the original keys even after we had left and the service people repaired the original car.Despite the ups and downs, we remain hopeful for a resolution. We would be willing to update this review if Jack Hanania dealership contacts us and the issues are properly addressed and resolved.We have been contacted by the dealership so I am updating the review. Hopefully I can get the issues resolved and up it to 5 stars. Thank you so much to the manager for contacting us.

I began my purchase on a semi-good note, then everything began going downhill between me and my sales person. So much so that Jack Hanania Jr ended up involved with my deal. The deal went well overall and I believe Mr. Hanania treated me fairly, but the bottom line is that Buicks are a terrible vehicle to consider whether or not you are purchasing or leasing. My Buick Envision is now worth NOTHING! This vehicle has the absolute worst amount of negative equity that, even when my lease ends, I will likely still be negative. I trusted them when they told me that the vehicle would hold it's value well (my mistake, and I won't make it again), and now that I've gone back to them for assitance getting out of that vehicle and into something more to my liking, I'm no longer considered a valuable customer. My previous dealings with the Hanania Automotive Group was very well, but that was a while back at the Orange Park Acura dealership. Things have definitely changed and there is no customer loyalty with them any longer.Just do yourself a big favor and avoid Buick, and if you are adamant about getting a Buick, go somewhere else. I now have my work cut out for me in trying to find someone willing to work with me on trading out of this vehicle as soon as possible. One thing I know for sure, it won't be this dealership and it won't be a Buick, GMC, or Chevrolet. Clearly the Honda's, and other foreign models hold their values much better, and the dealerships will bend over backwards to help you no matter what situation your in.
