The service was fast and complete. I was due for my 45k mile service and was informed of upcoming service needs not covered under any warranties so I could start saving for such services I was previously unaware of, and to me that information provided is very very valuable to me and to the retained value of my car. I give 5 stars to the service department and service technician who handled my appointment intake. Thank you for informing me of the information provided concerning my cars future service needs....

I am extremely pleased with the service, hospitality, professionalism and extended patience that Dennis Parker has shown to me. Dennis has made my car buying experience very pleasant. I wish that he could give a training to others in the sales industry on how to treat a customer. Dennis is an amazing person and does his job with care and compassion. It usually annoys me to deal with sales people in any industry. I feel that most sales people JUST want to get a sale and could carless about what is important to the customer. I had several questions after my deal was done and he still had patience and helped put my mind at ease. I LOVE my new car, her name is Hannah (named because of my experience at Hanania Buick GMC?).

Had a wonderful experience!!
Michael and Reagan tag teamed us, explained our new truck all the features and even trusted me to drive him around :P. Kindness didn’t stop there, getting to finance with Emilo was professional and sooo great to work with. Felt more like a family experience than the daunting task of purchasing a car. Great staff!!

Great oil change until on way home I noticed the black grease marks on my cream cloth ceiling and visor as well as the door and armrest.
I tried scrubbing it off. No luck - I made it worse.
Was too far from dealership to turn around☹️ very disappointed!
