This is the BEST and only place I will ever use for my tech needs. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max that had been literally hit by a truck with me in May and was not functioning well at all. Josh, Vinny, and Brennan all worked together to fix my phone and it is beyond perfect. On top of doing an amazing job fixing it and then replacing the screen a week later when I dropped it badly… they provided a discount for me since I had so much done to the phone and put on a tempered glass screen protector! They were speedy, knowledgeable, and kind. Truly the best in Jacksonville or St. Augustine!! Thank you so much iTech

I left my computer on Monday, 21 August because I the screen on my Dell laptop kept blacking out. I let them know it was important because I needed it for work. I didn’t hear anything on Tuesday afternoon. I called and asked them of the progress of the repair.They said they were busy because kids are going back to school and they were getting to it. On Wednesday they let me know that they could not replicate the issue with the black screen, I picked it up, $60 bench fee. Once I got home it was a black screen within three minutes. I brought it back on Thursday and let them know the situation and the owner said they couldn’t get to it that afternoon but would let me know something on Friday. I did not hear from them Friday, Saturday and went in the office on Monday, a week after I initially dropped it off. The young man that came out stated they had no update yet. Let me know that he thought it was the motherboard issue and did not let me know because he said he was the only one working on Saturday.. I let them know it was important to me as far as the progress of the repair or not as I use my laptop for my work. I felt they did not keep me notified. I would not use them again.

The old owners were great. They cleaned my phone on several occasions for free, only asking for a good review. I just took it in, and the guy told me it would be $60 for a "refurbishing." All he had to do was spend two minutes cleaning it. I decided to just order a cleaning kit on Amazon for $20.

Always a clean finish!!! Second time I’ve brought an iPad there. First bc I’d just come across the store. Second was because I knew I could depend on them to do it right and in a timely matter!

I will admit they are good at cell phone repair and can take care of it fairly fast, hence the 2 stars. Although do NOT even consider bringing in your cell phone or computer to trade for cash. They took 5 days to give me a quote and when they finally gave me the quote it was only a very small fraction of its actual worth! I brought in a gaming computer( 5700x, 64GB DDR4, 360mm Rad, 1080 ti, 1600w psu, with 8tb of storage and they said "due to market conditions" they could only give me 250 dollars for it. For those who don't know the value of the parts I listed, the system is worth about 1200-1400 used as is. I was expecting 800-1000 for it because I understand they need to make their money too but not 250, outrageous. I had also brought in a 1 year old Samsung phone (the a series) that I had never used and still had a brand new otter case and screen protector. Worth about 300 at the time of purchase. I expected maybe 20 to 50 dollars, they only offered me an insulting 4 dollars. The case alone was worth more than that! Never bring your devices to these guys to sell, they undercut your values more than used car lots...

Ok, here we go...I'm all for giving local ma and pa shops business. After the reviews, which are ok, even after I noticed that the owner addresses every bad review with an explanation for evertything and not once owning anything, I decided to check them out. I needed hinges replaced for an A1989 model MacBook Pro. Of course I first I went to Youtube University for a tutorial to tackle this myself, which I can do, just stressed for time. I watched a tech install two hinges (a $9.00 part) in 38 minutes. This business states it charges $60 an hour. So naturally when i went in there for the quote, I expected something around under $80 as i figured in a markup for the $9.00 part. SURPRISE..."We can do that for $318.00 Sir"...JESSE JAMES USED A GUN DUDE....

I came in with a new PC i just built that wouldn't post. I told them it was probably the bios and what would be a worst-case scenario price wise. He said it's $60/hr and it probably wouldn't take more than 2 hrs to determine the problem. Sure enough, it was the Bios that needed updating, which is an easy 30-minute job. When i picked it up, he was like, "That will be $170 plus tax. I shouldn't have paid it and called the police or something like that because honestly, that's straight up, ROBBERY! I will never come here again for anything, and i suggest you don't either!
