“We stopped at Costco to look into purchasing cell phones for our family. The contract Verizon offered didn’t work for us and the customer service left much to be desired. We drove over to the T-Mobile store and were helped by Patricia and Yav who worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They’re customer service was top-notch. We’re so glad we went with the latter….five out of five stars.”

“Miguel is amazing! My phone wasn't working for a week. It was so stressful and caused me so many problems. I came here, and Miguel fixed it in 3 minutes! He knows his stuff. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. If you need help at Verizon, ask for Miguel. He is friendly, pleasant, helpful, and smart. The ideal person at Verizon to help you! Couldn't ask for better.”

“Whatever you are experiencing, Chad and his team will help you!! He is the manager at the Verizon store in Saint Augustine, located on Old Moultrie Road at 312. I experienced a very frustrating disconnection of my service (which was not my fault, nor was it Verizon's fault, yet it was absolutely horrible). I spent hours on the phone with customer service, I could not remember a PIN number, nor receive the texts to allow them account access. Completely discouraged I finally went to this store last night at 6pm; and Chad, and another incredibly helpful and kind employee named Char, stayed way past closing time to try to help me. The most amazing part is that I am ashamed to say that I was not very kind to them upon my arrival due to my frustration. This did not deter them from going out of their way to help me while remaining kind and professional. Although it could not be resolved last night, he assured me that he would do all he could to fix it today. I planned to return this afternoon. Before I could return, I received a call from Chad- he had resolved my issue by relentlessly pursuing it. I could not be more grateful. Another member of his team, Seth, helped my father with a difficult issue a few days before mine and he was also amazing. Go see them, they will help!”
