We drove 1.5 hours to his dealership versus others close by and this is why. Demetrius sold us our Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid limited and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of sales service he provided! He showed us all of the features, was straight forward in what they could and could not do and was prompt and professional. This was hands down one of the best dealership experiences that we’ve had. Travis was wonderful as well in getting us a great and reasonable deal that we were comfortable with. Eddy handled the finance piece and helped us get in and out as quickly as possible. Plus the Hyundai mascot Luna was there and she’s so lovable! All in all, we give this dealership 20 out of 10 stars!!

My name is Jim Stone. I just bought my fourth car from Hyundai of St. Augustine. It's a great dealership with no-pressure selling. I appreciate that. We always deal with Leon Leavit. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very funny. He listens closely to what I'm looking for and somehow always finds me the right car. I will continue going back to Leon.

Coben, my service advisor, was amazing! He took my car in and got it serviced in no time all under warranty. He also gave me a heads up on future service options so I can plan ahead. I just moved to St. Augustine, and am happy to see that there is a good Hyundai dealership in the area!ps, very excited about the new dealership opening soon by I-95! It’s much larger, and the building has a nice modern facade to it. The team works hard here, so I’m happy they’ll get a larger and newer working environment very soon.

We drove 1.5 hours each way due to the level of sales service that Demetrius provided!! Top notch professional that got back to us asap with numbers on a trade and on a new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited. We were able to work out a great deal over the phone without a lot of haggling back and forth (unlike so many other dealerships). Travis was awesome at helping us make it happen from a financial approval standpoint and Eddy was great with quickly and efficiently going over all of the contract details. All in all, we were in and out in two hours. I give 20 out of 10 stars and highly recommend this dealership!!!

Never thought I would write a positive review for a new car purchase but here I am. New to the area and wanted to trade in my previous Hyundai for a new Santa Fe. Did the usual internet search and found an excellent deal with a dealership in Jax. However, wanted to establish a relationship with a local dealership. Sent an email and immediately got a call saying they would beat any deal. Went to the dealer that day and there were no surprises and everyone was genuinely interested in getting me the best deal. Actually enjoyed the entire process. I highly recommend them and ask for Rich. He made the process simple.

I went to this dealership to inquire about trading in my vehicle and possibly getting a new one for my wife. They wanted to give me $20k for my vehicle, I was about $8k in negative equity and the vehicle had some damage from an accident. I tried to get more for my trade in, but they didn’t want to budge off of $20k. Finance manager comes out saying “Our Elantra’s don’t last more than 36 hours”. I was eyeballing this Elantra for my wife on their site for over a week. They wouldn’t come up on the trade in and I refused to roll $8k of equity into a new loan. My wife went in there the next day to look at the car and negotiate a deal on the OTD price. Demetrius Davis treated her like a complete idiot. And so did the finance manager. Telling her “Do your research and I’m confident you’ll be back” when she wasn’t agreeing to their outrageous OTD price and tacked on fees. We never went back in. Took my business to Key Hyundai in Jacksonville. They gave me more for my trade in, AND THEY TOOK DOWN THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE BELOW THE INVOICE PRICE! Signed the paperwork and took home a 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL convenience package. The St Augustine dealership is honestly greedy and tries to squeeze every dollar they can. Take your business to Key Hyundai in Jacksonville, ask for Josh. YOU WON’T be disappointed.

Showed up on a Thursday, and bought a car Friday morning! I had the pleasure of working with 3 people! Will V was my first and primary sales rep, he was attentive, honest, and made a stressful process fun and easy going! Rich ended up bringing the deal home the following morning! He was super nice, and helped me set up everything in my new car, and answered any additional question. Lastly the deal was finalized and assisted by Travis a finance manager, who was thorough and considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend anyone to Hyundai of St. Augustine!

My wife and I was meet by one of the managers, Trevor, while we were parking. Trevor was extremely welcoming and introduced us to one of his sales associates, Jose. Both Trevor and Jose maintained a very professional attitude and seemed dedicated to helping us make the best deal. The experience was very pleasant and I will be recommending their service to friends and family in the future.

Do NOT get Service at this Hyundai dealership.I was notified that my 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT was under a court settlement that gave me the opportunity to have the "KSDS" software updated in order to prevent a future problem with the car's engine.I made an appointment with Hyundai of St. Augustine to have this software updated. The appointment they gave me was 5 weeks after I called.When I brought the car in, it seemed that nobody there, including the Service Manager Bob King, knew anything about this update.The Update was NOT performed.When they gave me the car back, there was an entry under the heading of "General Diagnosis" which read "C/S There is a Software update available - Extended Warranty - KSDS Update..."Instead of doing the requested free update, they listed just under a $ 1,000 worth of maintenance that they said I needed. The list included new wind sheild wipers, even though I had just change mine less than 4,000 miles ago.The only service that they recommended, that the maintenance booklet states should be done at 60,000 is changing the Transmission fluid. They suggest I change the Engine Coolant, even though the maintenance schedule states change it at 120,00 mile. The other services are never required in the maintenance schedule in the Hyundai book.All I can say is "Caveat Emptor" (Buyer beware).

I just purchased my new Elantra. The buying experience was good salesman was good however after having my car for 2 weeks I was at work was in my car during my lunch break then when I got off at 5pm I noticed a crack on my display screen and it looks like the sun cracked my screen. I took it up to service department and they said doesn’t look like the sun did that it would take years for that kind of damage I’m like yeah you would think so? they said they would get back in touch with me yet haven’t so here it is I haven’t even made my first car payment and looks like I will just be looking at this crack for the remainder of owning this car and I’m very OCD but it is whatever just curious if I’m the only one who experienced this?

Wonderful experience. After visiting several different dealers, I can say these guys are the best! Will and Dylan were very patient with me as I made my decision on what car I wanted. They are very knowledgeable about the cars and features and I appreciate the help they gave in finding the perfect car for my needs. Travis and Tony made the financing easy and they got me a great interest rate. They were even able to beat my Credit Union on the interest rate. All and all a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately we took our brand new Hyundai Genesis QV80 in for a simple recall they scratched my window behind the display and refused to make it right.Got Hyundai Genesis Head Office and they also denied responsibility. You all know I could easily put a window through my insurance and that’s exactly what they wanted me to do, but that’s not right. Stay away from this product and dealership. FYI three trips to Augustine for them to evaluate kept my car over a week and stood their ground at the end. Poor ownership the loaner sub compact they gave me over that week had the same scratches but many many more.
