Bought my most recent Hyundai from this dealer. From the first contact via phone with a sales manager to my interaction with the sales person Patrick Kennedy it was one of my best experiences purchasing an auto. The price quoted was fair, the vehicle was ready at my appointment time, and the entire process was both professional and expeditious I have previously purchased vehicles from St Augustine Hyundai and they definitely make it worth the drive. Had an incredible positive experience. Randy Selph took care of me from the get go. From showing me multiple vehicles and guiding me through the whole process he was amazing. Also, Jimmy Feliciano stood with me through the process and help us overcome some issues. I cannot thank these two enough and if I ever buy a car again would love to have people of the same integrity and professionalism.

This is the place! I haven’t bought a car in 10 years and was dreading the process. After having a less than stellar experience at a different dealership, I reached out to several Hyundai dealerships for my new Santa Fe. Immediately, Leon stood out with his friendly demeanor, knowledge and texted me real time pictures of the car I was inquiring about. He went to bat for me to get me the OTD price I wanted. Since the dealership I previously went to told me I was being unrealistic, I was expecting having to jump through hoops and having to deal with days of negotiating, but Leon and Almir made it happen and I had a deposit down same day. When I made it up to the dealership, all of the paperwork was organized all ready to go. Between the finance office (Jason was also great) and Leon spending time with me to get acquainted with my new Santa Fe-I was in and out in less than 2 hours. This was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
TLDR: If you want a friendly, no nonsense, low stress dealership, I highly recommend Leon and St Augustine Hyundai!

My car just turned one year old., took it in for stuck door handle at a different dealship (st augustine Hyundai)and was told it was not covered under warranty which I have a bumper to bumper and a extended warranty. I called the dealership where the car was purchased Orange park hyundai and they said it was covered they spoke to girl at st augustine and she just didn't want to hear from anyone so the dealership where I purchased will take care of it any Hyundai dealership should honor a bumper to bumper warranty but st Augustine Hyundai doesn't think so. BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hyundai St Augustine is absolutely the best! I was in such trouble, local repair shop took advantage of me, my car was not drivable, I was really stuck. Tunde, at Hyundai, called me to let me know everything was going to be OK. I had the car towed there, and Hyundai replaced the motor, I can breathe again. Tunde was there for me, when I was in panic. Hyundai treats you like you are special. Tunde, who took care of me and my car, has my undying gratitude. Being older and a woman alone, I have been taken advantage of more often than I can count. But at Hyundai, I can trust everyone there to take care of me and my car. Tunde went above and beyond, she makes Hyundai proud.

Buying a new car unexpectedly is typically a little scary, but Hyundai of St. Augustine made it so easy and relaxed! We worked with Jason Rodgers and JJ Johnson and ended up with a beautiful new car within my price range! So thankful for a fabulous experience and I look forward to working together again!
