Honestly I hate giving a one star review but I’m doing because I am extremely disappointed I’ve come to this location many times and I’ve had amazing experiences but this Saturday I came in and Julia who I’ve spoken with before just had the worst attitude. She was speaking so poorly of the staff and the customers which is just so unprofessional to complain to a customer about your coworkers and customers. I let it go and was gonna leave it at that but as I left she continued with the same complaints to the man that came in a few mins after me. This is just unacceptable behavior and quite embarrassing

Great store with a large selection but terrible employees. We were followed around the entire time by a pink haired guy employee asking if he could help us find something. Creepy! Leave us alone. The guy had the biggest nastiest attitude. My wife had to use the bathroom and he told us to go to the gas station next door. Wow! The gas station? We planned the trip and had a cart full of items we wanted. You just lost out on a $300 sale. Won’t ever go back.

Love the store, but some employees are so rude for absolutely no reason at all. I walked in and haven't said a word at this point, 10 seconds in and I was getting attitude. I'm a quiet and sweet person, so I was very confused. After a few more visits with this particular employee I realized it wasn't me, it was them.

The store holds up to the great standards I have come to expect from this brand. The store was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful without being all up in your business. I wish I had one of these stores where I live.

Awesome store with awesome employees. We were actually going to the pleasure store next door (didn't know Hustler was here), but then decided on Hustler.Place is super clean and welcoming. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was looking for the Lelo Lily 3, but they didn't have it - but had the NEA 3 which looked like the exact same thing, so I got it. Best $100 I ever spent! (Lelo is the best so higher priced.)We never made it to the store next door, but were so happy to see Hustler. All good and worth a visit.

Some old was very rude to my partner and I for taking a video of their products on the shelf to send to a friend. There was no sign that there was no photography allowed, and nobody told us upon entering, even though they took the time to check our IDs (which I honestly appreciate). She came out of nowhere and basically demanded we delete the video. No "Hello". No "Excuse me". No "I'm sorry, but...". Very abrupt. very confrontational. We immediately felt uncomfortable and left, which is a shame because the rest of the staff were terribly kind to us. We drove for half an hour to see the store, and just because of this angry employee, we never plan on going back. If you don't allow captures in your store, then PUT UP A SIGN. Or at least make a point to tell the customer.Bottom line, I hate to do this, but all of this stuff you can get online for cheaper. You go here for the experience, and ours was unpleasant. My SO and I pride ourselves on being reasonable, respectful people, and we were floored for the rest of the day over this horrid encounter.

Never been inside, just drove down the highway. The store sells trash. You should read a BIBLE and go to church instead of wasting your time in this store.
