Cat 5 plus with Graphene every time I come I get great service! Love using the app!! After driving on the beach I stop in and wash the salt off my truck. Hurricane in St Augustine never disappoints! Great service, compressed air towels and cleaners! Vacuums work phenomenal! They told me they just serviced them and are making great improvements for us! Kaley, Kieth, L and the crew get props from me!! If you haven’t tried them give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Kaylee was super helpful today in getting me signed up for the monthly service! I love this carwash, and use it weekly. I love that they even give you cleaners to help you clean the inside of your vehicle as well.

This is the only car wash that can accommodate my large truck. Their vacuums work great on my trucks dirty floor mats. The staff is friendly and attentive. Cleans my truck great and with the ceramic coating the wash lasts.Service: Polishing

Have been a member since before Hurricane purchased this car wash. It used to be great. When I was there a couple of weeks ago the car wash broke while my car was inside, and dented the front of my car. I have not had any luck reaching someone to get this fixed. There were only two teenagers working and no management on the property when it took place.

This is by far the best car wash in town! They helped me out, even cleaned my floor mats. They did a lot extra! Above and beyond for sure. Great spot and Brent and Elle HOOKED it up! Cleaned the car amazingly and got a lot of the gunk out that’s been sitting there even after other washes ! 10/10 will def get a membership of some kind and comeBack for more asap! Took my 2023 F250 through. Did a good job knocking the dust off and getting the windshield clean. It did leave a little soap on the hood but I was surprised the truck even fit. Overall would recommend.Service: Auto detailing

Edit: I did get a call back and was able to cancel my membership. The person who called me back was friendly and helpful.I really liked the staff that had been there since it was datil wash and the manager Keith was great. My dogs always looked forward to seeing him, too. Unfortunate that when they switched to Hurricanes they stopped scrubbing the bugs off pre wash and stopped hand drying.Trying to cancel my service ASAP. If i can ever get a call back. Quality has gone down the drain since transitioning to Hurricanes. My vehicle is always still covered in bugs, and no one dries anymore. Haven't seen the manager Keith in several weeks so that was probably the start of the spiral down. He was always very involved with business, always a welcoming face. All the seasoned staff have always been great....seem to be newer faces lately. Should have left it Datil wash...datil was great.

Enjoyed a promotional free car wash at Hurricane today. John the district manager was very helpful and has a strong background and experience with cars and other locations around the nation. The guys were helpful to get be signed up with the app and get what I needed. I enjoyed the vacuum zone and all the detailing supplies for tires, windows and bugs& the extra ceramic coating sounded good to me. Fun atmosphere.
