Well this Saturday I had an appointment with Brooke at 10:30 a.m. I had to arrange a sitter for my infant, and bring my other child with me to this appointment. When I got there there were three stylists working . They greeted me and asked if I had an appointment I said yes I did. I had to wait until one of them finishes what you was doing and comes to the front desk. When she came she to ask which stylist I had the appointment with. I told her that it was with Brooke at 10:30. She said that Brooke called out sick and that they called me and left me a message. I literally had my phone in my hand nobody called or left any messages. There was no apology. The stylist said she will check my phone number if they have the correct number and file she checked and yes they do have the correct number. I asked if somebody else can take me since I did not get any messages and I'm already here. She said no that it's only the three of them there. I find this to be extremely ridiculous I had to find a sitter and oay them for their time. And then I get a text message stating that I missed my appointment. Really I wasn't there. Not going back to this place.

Well I asked for my roots to match the rest of my hair which is blond and it came out a redish brown. I was a little up set and brook fixed it and made my hair blond.. I am a satisfied customer..

Really enjoyed the service they took my call and said i could come in, the ladie(s) were very sweet, couldn’t tip to much bc i only had a 50 on me but I’ll go again and tip more :)

Not up to its usual standards. The greeter was too busy receiving styling instruction to to even notice clients walking in, I was made to wait nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time, and my new assigned stylist (my old one who I loved left) took off way too much hair after I told her I was mostly happy with the length and just wanted a trim.Service: Haircut

I don't recommend on this place.The first time I went there, I wasn't happy with the results. but he was a nice and kind person, and gave me a good service.I've decided to give this hair salon another chance with different hair stylist. So I've booked an appointment with Morgan amonth an ahead.After arranging a babysitter to my baby and clearing half of my day, I arrived to my appointment, And she told me she won't finish my hair in one time.She wanted to split it for 2 appointments, And do only the top of my head.Which is absurd to leave the hair salon with half hair done.So we've decided to reschedule and set another appointment for two weeks an head and then she will be able to do my hair in one time.Now!! I received today a call( 5 days before my appointment) from Morgan. and being told that she won't be able to do my hair on the date we booked. which is the the day before I have an event.It's upsetting, its burden to have to reschedule a babysitter twice, and clearing half day in order to get my hair done before my event and not get it done, because of her bad service.I'm surly not going backWith this bad experience. It's upsetting, and I won't recommend on this hair salon.Service: Balayage
