I wish I lived closer I would always shop at this store. But I live 2 hrs away. The store where I live you have to find someone to help you and no greeting.”
“I stopped in before just to look around and remembered the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. So yesterday, I went back in because I needed some string for my Ryobi string trimmer. The nice gentleman was there again, whose name is George, and I gotta tell ya, I'm blown away at how helpful and kind he is. Not only did he help me with string, but he also showed me how to put it on, which honestly, I would not have been able to figure out on my own. So he definitely saved me some time searching through YouTube videos.

“So I'm an idiot when it comes to electrical stuff and scared to death. My wife wanted to hide the cables from the tv and sound bar behind the wall. I wanted mission accomplished, but had no idea how. I went in to Ace and spoke to John in Electrical, trying not to sound like a moron. I explained what I wanted to do, and we shared a chuckle as he showed me the parts needed, as well as giving me an idea of how to do it. I bought what was needed, and went home. I followed John's instructions, and BOOM, the wires were hidden and my wife was happy. Forget Lowe's and Home Depot, I'll stick to my local Ace, who I feel care about me more than the big box places.”

“I was referred to ERNIES by the local Home Depot for a specific item they did not handle. Upon entering the store i was immediately greeted and felt as if I were a regular customer. I had the pleasure of being served by Nathan and Kevin who knew their jobs very well and found me exactly what i needed. Because of their attention to detail and zest for their job i ended up making a tool purchase i was planning on making at another local big box store. i cant say enough good things about my purchase and how competitive they are in price and the service and convenience is on such a personal level i thought was long gone. and it is nice to know everything i need i also just a click away on their website. “I went to get Ceiling fans for our new home. We went in on Saturday and they had 5 of the 6 in the style we wanted. Kevin checked and stated they had a truck coming in that evening. He promised if the fan came in, he would hold it for us. When we arrived this morning (7/23/2023), he had the fan sitting at his workstation waiting for us to come in and get it.”
