Such a cute shop with great finds! Cute clothes, accessories, and gifts. I came in for the delicious smelling soap. Was not disappointed. They had a large selection and a great deal too. Staff was very friendly and let me know all of the natural ingredients. I've been using my soaps and I can definitely say they are fantastic!

Very sweet little shop! Kind of tucked away and felt like a little hidden gem. The clothes and jewelry were very cute, but I ended up just buying some soaps and shower steamers. The soaps are very scented, but not overwhelmingly so and smell amazing! The lady working was very friendly as well, I’m not sure of her name but she was so sweet and gave me some good advice on what sights to see and great times of year to come back to visit St. Augustine again. Glad I stopped in!

Oh the Gypsy Moon Closet is so cute- I adore this little hole in the wall shop- dresses, skirts and tops adorn the outside of the shop. There are two rooms- one filled to the brim with hand made soaps and such and the other, the size of a closet, full of more apparel. I picked out a lovely, flowy skirt to snag and grabbed a lip balm too. They do have a dressing room, but I knew the stetchy waist would fit- no problem. I could've bought 5 of her skirts- they were so cute! Service is sweet and friendly and the skirt was a decent price. I ended up swapping out my leggings for the skirt later that day as it warmed up and was complemented by numerous people on my skirt! Win Win

This boutique has such a beautiful line of sun dresses and clothing. Not sure if the lady working was the owner but she was so kind and extremely helpful. She picked some outfits that she thought would look the nicest and allowed me to take my time to try them on. Needless to say, I purchased 3 of the 4 she chose for me. Not only were the prices much more affordable then the other stores, but the help and sincere advise made me to want to keep shopping. I will definitely come back to shop when in St. Augustine.

Sometimes you should NOT SHOP LOCAL. I guess they never intend for items to be returned/ exchanged- even if you have been shopping Gypsy Moon FOR YEARS. Below is a review from someone else with the same experience, except they let this customer make an exchange- which they did not for me. The two ladies there today were exactly as this person described with personality issues & regard to customer service.Here is the other person's review:Terrible customer service & return policy was not stated on receipt. Receipt from yesterday does NOT say"no refunds". Today, told by manager that there are no refunds...only exchanges. Exchanged for soap & new receipt from today reads "no refunds".Not what you would expect from such a zen, sweet spot.

Terrible customer service & return policy was not stated on receipt. Receipt from yesterday does NOT say"no refunds". Today, told by manager that there are no refunds...only exchanges. Exchanged for soap & new receipt from today reads "no refunds".

Terrible customer service. Bought a bracelet yesterday and wished to return it. Receipt does not indicate that there is a "no refund" policy. Manager advised today that only exchanges are allowed. Today's receipt looks totally different from yesterday's and now has the "no refund" policy at the bottom. Manager should have honored the return.

Came here back in April and had a lovely experience. The soaps are amazing, and have won me over. It's a good thing I can order online! I had a good experience with a woman working there, so it is a shame to see how others have been treated.
