I was surprised how high the prices were for used clothing. I can bargain shop and get me things cheaper at Walmart?

Great store. Staff is very helpful. I have found many "treasures" there over the years.I make it a point to go by at least once a week.

Whoever decided to rearrange the store and put all the shelving at the front door needs to be reprimanded. They are blocking the check out line and the people trying to get inside store have to wait for browsers to get out of the way.

The one and only time I visited this place was about a year after I was hit by a truck as a pedestrian. As expected, I was wheelchair bound. I rolled in IN MY WHEELCHAIR. Keep that in mind. We looked around some, but there were cobwebs on everything, dust everywhere, and the items had the original price stickers on them and Goodwill marked up the price. So much for a donation... (TL;DR: Made eye contact with cashier when entering the store in my wheelchair, parked in disabled space, look obviously disabled - lady still tried to assert that I stole my own wheelchair and tried to call the police all without me saying a single word to her. Did not apologize, hid in the back instead.) Anyway, we leave without buying anything. The whole time I am in my wheelchair, with my boyfriend pushing me. The chick, Nicole I think, at the register yells out after me, pointing and on the phone. I get in my car, parked in the disabled space in front of the store with my handicap placard visible. She is adamant that I stole my own wheelchair. It's not in perfect condition, it's a basic one you get from insurance, and she's saying I stole it. It cost $25 brand new. Come on. Two guys come out and inquire about it, apologizing when they immediately see that she was completely wrong. Another lady comes out and tells me it's not that big of a deal as if I have called out the manager and security guard myself. Like, no, this lady was presumptive and apparently blissfully unaware that we had made eye contact when I entered the store. I have never been back since. She offered me no apology, no admission that she was wrong, she instead went to go hide after she was made aware of her mistake. What's even more embarrassing is that I even LOOK disabled. I can't imagine what unimaginable stink she raises for those with invisible disabilities in wheelchairs. 1 star is a kindness to this store.

Don’t donate to these people! Super rude employees and the manager needs a reality check. We caught him yelling and treating his employees terribly right when the store opened. I don’t even judge the employees for being rude— with that type of management, that’s what’s expected! We brought in donations— all really nice solid wood stuff that just didn’t fit our MCM decor. Manager goes up to our car and straight up says he doesn’t want the stuff. Not sure when this place became an antique “we pick what we want” store, but it’s definitely not worth donating to.Update: Surprise, surprise. This place keeps getting more disorganized. Just take a trip down the plastic container aisle and see what’s up.

You walk in this place that disorganized and dirty. Nothing new is put out and when they do attempt to put things out it’s one piece a time and it’s marked too high! Then you get the line and they one person working with a super long line! Managers seem to walk by and not help. You can tell new managers here, I genuinely don’t know what they are managing?? I’ve been to many goodwills and none are like this….

The local Goodwill seems to have really lost the plot. Things shouldn't be priced the same as new. They shouldn't even be close. They do have a great selection however, and it's always worth taking some time to poke around a bit.

We were told about this urban legend of Goodwill about how it has set itself on a mighty mountain that a 4 cylinder engine could never dream of climbing. We decided to check to see if the local legend was true. We spotted the mountain of our quest, my vehicle battled long and hard to make it up to the top of this mighty mountain. Once we arrived, and tried to enter the mythical land, (we couldn't find the entrance) once we entered we were immediately confused and disoriented, also trying to avoid the many obstacles that lay on the floors, we decided to adventure deeper into the land of confusion and was met with a mighty maze of textiles after what seemed like forever in this store that smells of moth balls, we spotted the exit. We left with knowing the legend is true.

There's one specific guy that is working on the drive-thru donation side that caught the weirdest attitude out of geniunely a less than five minute interaction. Stood and stared at us and blocked us from leaving the car, and proceeded to tell us to just pop our trunk and let them do it. We didn't want to donate everything in our car, so how would he know what to grab without us getting out to show him. The staring went on the entire time and it made me geniunely uncomfortable, good thing this was a one time donation thing.

One of the dirtiest goodwills I've been to and I've been to a lot. Nothing is organized and things are just thrown everywhere. You can find some cool things but it gets frustrating after a while.

Most unorganized and messy Goodwill I have ever been to. The ac must have been broke as well, very hot and smelly. Will not return to this particular location.
