Just Go!! This shop is a treasure. Literally, you can pick up bottled water from the Fountain of youth! I swing by and pick up a few bottles, not only as a souvenir, but for milestone birthdays!

There was a lot more to this park than just the Fountain of Youth so we were pleasantly surprised. There were multiple attractions, demonstrations and exhibits that we enjoyed. We particularly enjoyed the discovery globe and the peacocks. It does have a bit of a retro roadside attraction vibe which I don't mind but the ticket price is a bit steep at the same time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Fountain of Youth Park Experience. The admission price at $20 per adult does seem a bit hefty and a bit more than I would think, but I did enjoy the experience. The park is laid out well and is easy to stroll through the grounds/exhibits. The first exhibit up is the fountain of youth itself which then moves on to a planetarium showing how ships used stars to navigate, an exhibit on archaeological finds and memorial, plants native to Florida walkway, blacksmith exhibit showing tools of the 1500-1600's, ship weaponry and cannon displays, viewing tower, archeology dig exhibit and a few more. Peacocks roamed the grounds/area as well and are beautiful to view. The grounds also have random historical ship items such as anchors, cannons as well as other Indian artifacts used during the time period. Of particular note most of the stations had "show" or short guided talk about the topic which were well done for a couple reasons. 1. The people leading were well educated on topics and had a good energy 2. The sessions were informative, entertaining and fairly short (did not run on forever!) 3. Well timed - as you strolled the park/path and arrived at next area within minutes the "show" starting. No going back and forth to exhibits - trying to figure out timing or anything. Just very well done. Enjoyed the stop and now that I've sampled the water will have plenty of years to return another time.

We stopped here on our hop on/hop off tour. We viewed the Fountain of Youth and watched the presentation in the globe. The grounds are very beautiful, and the peacocks are all around. We enjoyed watching them. We didn't see where there were many demonstrations, I did notice a couple of employees dressed in costumes. It was extremely hot the day we were there so we didn't spend a lot of time, as some of the areas were directly in the sun. This just wasn't our cup of tea, but definitely read other reviews and look at the photos to see if it might be yours. FOYexplorer, please do not take offense to this review as you have others. This is simply our take on our visit.

This attraction covers many points of interest. As the website suggests, you'll want to give yourself ample time to fully explore and experience the space. Staff members were friendly and full of interesting information. We enjoyed the various options for entertainment and knowledge.

This visit to the Fountain of Youth was completely unexpected. I was told this was a self guided tour. However there is a tour guide at each park station and you receive true educational and live experiences. The history we learned today was so impactful for me and my family. I highly recommend you visit the fountain of youth and bring your kids. Our children were around 9-10. They truly enjoyed every station.

Cute and quirky place that is like hitting the souvenir jackpot. I was able to grab a little something for everyone on my list without breaking the bank. The ladies working were fun to banter with, and they carry bottles of cold water. Definitely stop in before you leave.
