Work seems to be good so far. A little pricey.
Great if you need expensive work done but,,,
They will keep your car all day and do nothing to it if y9u only need a small repair even tho7gh you have an early morning appointment! :(
So, I'll just take my business elsewhere they clearly don't appreciate a repeat customer.
V3ry poor business ethics in my opinion! :(

Buying a car from the other side of the country. Butch went above and beyond to help. The dealer brought the car to their shop to allow them to do an inspection on it for me. Customer service that very rarely exists anymore.

I can't say enough good things about Famous Automotive Tire Center in Saint Augustine. About a year ago, we bought four brand new tires from them, and everything went smoothly. Fast forward to recently, we unfortunately ran over a screw and needed to get one of the tires plugged. We brought the tire back to Famous Automotive Tire Center, fully expecting to pay for the repair. To our surprise, the staff didn't charge us a dime! That’s what I call true customer care. They are genuinely eager to help and don’t try to take advantage of their customers. It’s rare to find a place that truly cares about their customers like they do. They are super awesome, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing automotive service!

We can't thank Famous Automotive & Tire Center enough. We had a slow leak in our tire and knew something wasn't right. Sure enough they found a screw in our tire. They had our tire off and patched within minutes. We were on vacation and didn't know who to trust. Believe me you can trust them. They were very friendly and we actually learned a thing or two from them about tire repair.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Brought my Fiesta ST in that has a pretty weird tire size in. I forget the guys name at the counter but he got them out on the delivery truck for a SAME DAY DELIVERY AND INSTALL! Where do you get service like that anymore? To top that off their prices were less than the big box shops right next to them. Small business is the way to go. Will be the only tire shop I use from now on!

Stopped in on my down to the Keys from South Carolina because I was having some issues with my Kia. They could not have been nicer. My car was not pulling a code so it was hard to diagnose the issue but they tried their best to figure out the issue. They suggested that I change the coils, so I replaced them all. It was a very fair price. Unfortunately the repair did not fix the issues I was having, but it was probably time to change them anyway and they did what they could do. Had we had the time to come back I am pretty sure they would have been able to find the issue. They were honest and did not try to charge me more than what was fair. I wish I lived closer because this is where I would take my car for all my automotive needs. Tim the manager was super nice, down to earth, and a great asset to that store. I would highly recommend this shop.

ok i have to complain,....at first i would give them good rating but today i change that! i brought in my part to them which was brake pad and they took my old one off and said and showed me that the old brake pad was still good and didnt need replacement i assumed they would not go ahead with the repairs as the old brake pad was still practically new. as i mentioned something he said idk what to tell you. im livid the fact that he wasnt so honest about it and said we dont need to do this but the fact that he went ahead and replace a new brake pad for new brake pad makes me mad. I want to talk to corporate and get a formal refund. Thank you

My husband and I had 4 hours left on our journey home when our tire blew. A very sweet guy who worked here called 3 different tire places for us to find the one we needed and sent us off in the right direction. Absolutely amazing!
