Great customer service..unfortunately there prices are starting to get comparable with big box stores that are selling brand new...the sales in there app. Are not much of a bargain...alot items advertised are not available either..it's unfortunate because I used to buy a lot of products from them

I stopped in before just to look around and remembered the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. So yesterday, I went back in because I needed some string for my Ryobi string trimmer. The nice gentleman was there again, whose name is George, and I gotta tell ya, I'm blown away at how helpful and kind he is. Not only did he help me with string, but he also showed me how to put it on, which honestly, I would not have been able to figure out on my own. So he definitely saved me some time searching through YouTube videos.
Thanks George for helping someone not so handy with tools. I will absolutely come here first for any future tool needs going forward.

I wasn’t sure what this store had for me but am always intrigued with anything “tools” so I decided to check it out while the family did their girl shopping. I was blown away by the selection! If you’re into woodwork and general shop tools, this place seems to have it. Unfortunately, the tools I was looking for are electrician related tools so I didn’t have a need for this line of tools but I did very much enjoy looking around to see what was there.

Deceitful practices when sales occur. I love the tools but integrity is not a common practice there. I hope they stop the practice of raising items above retail and pkace a yellow sticker on them so they cant be part of sale items. Shame on your stores

There is no return policy which by the way they don’t tell you on the store, and the product that I bought was missing 2 small pieces and it stopped to work in less than 1 min. This store is a bad place to go.
