I just had the most hateful experience .I was there at 8pm (give or take 1 or 2 minutes).I was facing the pharmacy in line to get my seizure meds that were filled and all I had to do is pay.they helped the person in front of me.I thought I was in line waiting.next thing I know the metal thing started closing.I called out “wait I need to get my medicine.”the pharmacist says”we close at 8pm come back tomorrow “.I had no dose of my seizure medication and really was scared that I may have a seizure if I don’t have my dose.they’re like come back in the morning.now this medication is not a controlled medication.so all they would have to do is get it out of the bin and me pay.that’s it!I hate cvs

No stars very unprofessional pharmacist . After my cvs pharm. called on to transfer script . Was called re processing then called back to say was not in stock - which I believe was a lie ..was paying for script . Pharmacist simply was not knowledgeable in how to process this item . Will be calling corporate re .. had to fill at Walgreens .. zero stars - we have been loyal cvs Caremark members this was awful unprofessional treatment. Pharmacist was a male

Outstanding! I come here from Philly twice a year to visit my daughter and this store always goes above and beyond. In Philly they seem to hate everyone and I dread going there but here They actually seem happy to help me!

I get home from work at 6:45pm, make dinner and realize my daughter doesn’t look well. Take her temp and it’s a fever. Get to Minute Clinic kiosk to check-in at 7:15PM, they advertise closing at 7:30pm. The lady cleaning the Clinic area looks at me and asks how she can help. I told her I’d like to get my daughter tested for the flu. She said “not today, we close in 15 minutes and we already have a patient in that room (and points to a closed door). I understand the “closing in 15 minutes,” but you are open and taking patients until 7:30 PM. Advertise no patients after 7:00PM, to ensure you don’t get walk-ins at 7:15PM if you do t want walk-ins. Horrible way to do business!!!!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy trying to fill a prescription for my dogs respiratory infection from a local veterinarian on two separate occasions. Both myself and my wife were treated like criminals. Never again.

They never have anyone at register at night. They expect you to use self checkout. Why open if your not going to staff your store properly. After the 3rd time in a row waiting for counter help I'm talking my business to Walgreens right next store where they believe in staffing the counter.

Traveled across the country and one thing is consistent ..... CVS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER! Staff awful! Customer service non-existent ! They don't care and you can't make them care! AWUFUL!!!

Vicki at the checkout and photo area truly went above and beyond. Her patience level & kindness was on full display. She was so helpful when trying to capture our TWIN four month old passport photos. We remembered her from two years ago when she helped with our then 2 month old daughters passport photos. She is so sweet, caring and down right just an amazing human overall!

When phoning the Minute Clinic, do not expect the phone to be answered. Should you manage to get through all of the automated responses, you are rewarded with an announcement stating that your wait time will exceed 10 minutes. I have been on hold for 20 plus minutes and do not believe that the call will ever be answered -Time to go else where. This has been a sorry experience.
