I have been using CVS Murabella for about a year and a half. The service and friendliness of everyone from the pharmacy to the front checkout have improved 10 fold! I always leave CVS feeling like I am appreciated!!

Spoke with a man on the phone at 5:45 on 5/18/24 who was just rude and very sharp with his responses to my questions. There's no need to speak to customers in a rude and condescending manner. A little kindness and patience goes a long way :-)

Pharmacy staff is so rude. They do not want to help at all. When I first called to transfer my prescriptions there from Publix (insurance requirement), I heard someone in the background say "where are all these people coming from?" Instead of being incompetent and rude, help people correctly and with kindness the first time around to avoid additional work.

Sales Associates nice and helpful. They acknowledge us as soon as we entered the store and another associate helped us que we were looking for even though she was busy stocking.

The customer service from the pharmacist himself is great. However the techs need to learn some manners. I have called to check on the status of a script that I was approved to begin back in August 2023. When I speak to one particular tech who never gives her name she is rude, unprofessional and can’t wait to get you off the phone. I was only asking for an update and she could not be bothered with assisting me. How would she feel is she couldn’t get a straight answer for 6 months? I am sure she would feel just as frustrated.

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE! The manager Anthony had no idea what he was talking about and was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I placed an order through CVS online for delivery and when there was an issue with the order he said "you need to contact the company you ordered the stuff through" and i ordered it from CVS. What Manager tells me to contact another company when I order the items through them?! Then he started threatening me! If people like Anthony are going to run this store, it should just be shut down asap! Very scary.

CVS is a good place to stop and grab not only your prescriptions but any little things you might need like dish soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and not have to go to the bigger grocery stores.

When picking up a prescription on Thanksgiving November 23, 2023 I overheard the pharmacist respond to a fellow worker, "they will not transfer prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS on this day since Walgreens is closed." The pharmacist indicated they would 'transfer the day after Thanksgiving, this will show Walgreens.'This is preposterous penalizing a person who relies on medication just to prove to competition Walgreens should be open on this holiday!This CVS is the worst I have ever been to, I echo a previous persons review, it is a ghetto store. We will never get medication or buy anything at this store ever again!

The pharmacy is horrible and incompetent. I have spoken with them twice already in the past several days to refill my Rx with the correct doctor because “THEY” changed the prescribing dr on my Rx to the wrong dr when it was filled last. They continue to ignore me and keep contacting the wrong dr that they incorrectly changed in my Rx and now I don’t have my medication due to their error that they are not willing to correct. Why am I having to suffer due to their error. I am doing all of the work to try to get this fixed when I clearly should not have to.

I moved from Duval to Murabella, and to my surprise only CVS would take my prescriptions. I pray that they keep a stock every month. I choose pharmacies that will take me because I consistently go to the same pharmacy monthly and I don't pharmacy jump. Thank you, moving is hard enough but finding the right pharmacy is worse.
