I would never trust Crash Champions again to do body work on my vehicle. Their best work is only average, and their worst was disappointing. I had backed my pickup into a tree and needed a new bumper, repair to my tailgate and repair of my right rear fender (Insurance approved work, somewhere around $3800). I also asked and paid them separately to fix dings (less than 1” diameter) on my driver door (2) and right front fender (2). I paid $1280 for a full up fix of the dings, not just ding remover. This is not a bargain basement body shop but rather an insurance approved shop. Starting with the worst, the driver door: They only fixed one ding and painted over the other, they also left a piece of body molding tape (1/4” diameter) and painted over it so I had a lump on my door. The body molding itself was installed crooked so it did not line up with the door or the rear door body molding and was already coming off on the ends. The most startling was when I opened the door, I found a strip of paint worn away on the sill about ¼” x 7” long. I cannot absolutely say it wasn’t there before. However, as I looked closer there was primer but also shiny bare metal (not rusted) which leads me to believe this damage was recent and likely caused by the shop. Looking around the rest of the truck: they fixed the dings on the right front fender however it is slightly uneven (rippled) next to where the work was done. On the cabin pillar in front of the right rear fender they left some residue of what was likely glue. This was spread out over a couple inches tall and wide so not easy to miss. The new decal was chipped, and the rear tailgate lock wasn’t working (it had worked fine before). The alignment with parts of the rear fender with the tailgate and taillight was flawed by as much as 1/8”. They held my car for 4 weeks for the first round of bodywork (waiting for a bumper to come in) and had it another 9 days for rework which they didn’t finish until the afternoon I was scheduled to pick it up, I had to leave and come back later. They fixed most but not all the items hence a rating of 2 star instead of 1. As I cannot bring myself to trust them with my truck again I will have to live with the rear fender misalignment, the front fender ripple, door body molding that is almost but not quite right, and anything I missed. If I had a new truck instead of a 7 year old truck this would be absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend using this body shop!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on June 26th and was told by the technician that I’d receive my quote back by that evening or the next morning. I never received an estimate so I followed up a few days later. I called multiple times over the last few weeks and still have not received an estimate. I was told the manager would be taking care of if the last time I called and be sending it the following morning. Of course nothing received. Do not waste your time at this place they sure know how to waste yours!

Made an appointment through my insurance and my insurance company said crash champion had appointments from 8-4:30 for an initial estimate. So I made an appointment at 4. I got a call from Crash Champions after making my appointment. They rudely asked us why we would set appointment so close to closing time. We didn’t even get a greeting or anything. Canceled my appointment. If you don’t want people coming after a certain time then don’t tell insurance companies you are available.

Took my vehicle there for repairs after being cut-off by an impaired driver on I-295 south ramp from I-95. This was a "preferred" State Farm repair facility so I thought they had to be good. Had originally posted 1 star review because service & communication was non-existent. It was very frustrating but after contacting their corporate office, things got better. My car looks brand new & their general manager was great. I think if they can work on their communication skills they would be a good repair facility. Customers want honesty, status reports and to be heard & understood. Having an accident is stressful enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair

They did an awesome job on my '17 Mustang convertible. They not only were very nice and professional, they also took the time to make sure it was completed correctly. Initially, I was concerned that there would be a problem matching up the pearl paint. The car now looks like it just came off of the showroom floor. I very highly recommend Crash Champions for any body work. Good job Niko and the rest of the staff.

Be warned. They give estimates that they refuse to honor when you schedule the work to be performed. I was given an estimate, went forth to schedule service, and then they came back with an "updated estimate" that was 17% increased from the previous estimate. When probed about why they would not honor the original estimate I was told quote - "We're not going to do it" by Service Advisor - Nicolae Rafuse

Rear pannel & bumper replaced, understandably the old white paint had a slight yellowing but it still transitioned very well. Maybe with time the new paint will yellow as well, lol. I appreciate the Christmas tree and the coffee in the lobby...can easily chitchat with these friendly people. Finally, my thanks for vacuuming my van...I did not expect that extra effort.Services: Painting

They were not good. Took them almost a month to fix my car and it’s still not fixed. When I finally got the car back the next day it wouldn’t start, Alda the owner came and got it and said she would put in a new one because it was at her shop for almost a month. They bought it back and the day after that it was still was not right. I called and told her, she said Mario was going to call next door and make an appointment for me to bring it in. That was 12/22, as of me writing this I still haven’t heard from them.Services: Tires

Must take the time to let others know how fantastic this team is for car repairs! They took my existing guaranteed claim from a past repair (old company) and helped paint my hood. Amazing work, good communication and enjoyed working with them!! Excellent service center. Highly recommend Crash Champions.

Crash Champions in St Augustine are great, did a nice job on a hood replacement. Recently, they recommended we take a vehicle to a detailer for paint spray removal, rather than doing the job themselves. Appreciate their service.

I previously used this shop when they were Signature… still fantastic in customer service and quality repair. Multiple colleagues of mine have told me my car looks brand new, even after being hit by an 18-wheeler on I-95. My service tech was so kind, she called me regularly (I’m horrible with names, but I know she had an accent) and everything was done right on time. Absolutely recommend this St. Augustine location!Services: Tires

I had both vehicles repaired here when we were in accidents. The quality of the work on our vehicles was top notch! They also send text messages to update the process of the repairs and pictures. Definitely would use them again!Services: Painting
