My wife and I were in St. Augustine the weekend of Aug. 5th. I purchased my first shirt from Cotton World and had the pleasure of meeting JoJo. What a wonderful lady. She told us so much about the area and her experiences. What a great conversation. I loved the shirt so much, I went back to purchase another and hope to make it a regular stop on my future visits to St. Augustine.

Awesome selection and the staff is even better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They helped me find everything I wanted. I can’t wait to come back next time to see what else they have!! 10/10 recommend!

I love this store! It has everything you could ask for in up to date trends and the colors are beautiful. I also bought 2 swim suits that were absolutely gorgeous! Hand beaded trim was out of this world. Bridgett, the general manager was so helpful, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of her stock ! And very reasonable prices! She really knows her how to manage a store and clients! Thank you so much, Bridgett!

LOVE THIS STORE!!! Best quality of clothes, love the style and most importantly GREAT customer service. Bridget is my favorite.... she's like a personal shopper the moment you walk into the store and she knows everything about the clothing, designs and fabrics... Brilliant!!!

My sister and I were in here looking at clothes - our mom went to the restroom and was coming right back. We sat on a bench in the store that was clearly meant for people waiting on other shoppers. One of the employees said that they needed to watch people in the hallways and we were blocking their view so we needed to wait outside (in the 92 degree heat). So we put the clothes we were going to buy back and left. It seems pretty rude to make customers who were going to buy clothes wait outside.

Lovely store with quality garments, however, prices are double what you can find on other platforms, they do not accept returns or exchanges (even 5 minutes later) and do not adequately advertise their return policy.

Linda Jo is a delight, so helpful! They didn’t have my size in a jacket I wanted and when it came in a few months later, called and shipped to us. Super happy with the jacket and a pair of pants I got there, so many compliments on both!

Had to stop in and try on an outfit. Oh my goodness!!! The most comfortable clothing and transitions beautifully from day to night. Feels awesome and looks so stylish! Highly recommend! I’m going back for more in different colors!

Bought an item there yesterday. Lindsay seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately when we got home we found the item direct from the manufacturer website for literally half the price. Feel totally ripped off and taken advantage of. Will never recommend this store.
