“A beautiful house with a long history in St. Augustine. It started as the 1st Spanish Period Treasury, then the home for several governors during the British period, and then a private family residence from the 2nd Spanish Period onwards. Today it's run by the Women's Exchange, where they have a marvelous gift shop if items made by local women. The gardens are gorgeous and there are tours of the home. Well worth the visit to see the kitchen with the coquina walls and tabby floors!”
“We came to town with a bag of clothes from Ohio and they gave us a voucher here in Florida to get free clothes from their thrift store. Thank you so much for the help. You are a blessing to us.”
