I had ordered shoes from Cole Hahn online and they did not fit. I called the outlet store to see if I could return/exchange them at the store. Jordan advised me that I could and that they she could get me an alternate size to try. Jordan was awesome in showing me alternate styles and sizes. She ordered me two new pairs to be delivered to my house and sold my wife 2 pairs of shoes. Thank you Jordan, you exemplify the type of customer service that is hard to find in retail these days!
