John Condon was absolutely wonderful this weekend in helping me buy a used Honda CRV. In fact every one at the dealership provided outstanding customer service! I’ve worked with many dealerships and this one is unique- no pressure, full transparency and very kind people. I would highly recommend you visit them if you are in the market for a new or used car. I will certainly buy from them again in the future!

Dialogued with service department via email because I work 2 jobs and cannot speak on the phone. Unfortunately repair did not fix problem and shop foreman emailed options to fix for next visit. Totally too many details to list but as I elected an option and requested an additional quote and schedule appointment, they stopped corresponding. I’ve sent 3 different emails which includes 2 people. It’s been almost 48 hours and no reply. It’s been quite the experience I did not expect.

Tim helped us purchase our new CRV at Coggin Honda of St. Augustine and I can’t thank him enough! We had a great experience! I’d like to shout out Kerry Wall, Service Manager Extraordinaire! He went above and beyond to make sure my Pilot was well taken care of, and he provided great communication with me throughout the entire days-long process. I am, once again, highly satisfied with the service at Coggin Honda/St Augustine.

New Customer. Impressed by the quality of service, waiting area, staff, and care of my car. I felt the service technicians took the time to make sure my individual needs were satisfied, and treated my 23 year old car like it was brand new. Very good pricing as well. My only complaint could’ve been the wait time, which, most dealerships take more time than a quick lube spot, which I feel is both justified and reasonable. I plan to return again!

Very Happy with my purchase of a truck on April 9. I was referred by the Costco Auto Program and worked with Sales Consultant Aaron Nims at the dealership. Mr. Nims was very knowledgable about the Truck and was able to answer all my questions in detail. Mr. Nims was very straightforward about pricing and fees and the deal was transparent from the beginning. There were no hidden surprises and I felt I received a good price on my purchase. I definitely would recommend Coggin and Mr Sims to anyone.

The service adviser confirm the work that needed to be completed and what was covered under warranty. He stated the work would be completed in 1 hour. It was. The team at Coggins is extremely professional.

Allyson is amazing! She should definitely be a valued employee. She was so helpful and personable.
