Wish i had ordered all of this same furniture from any other store than this one. Ordered and paid for furniture in June and still don't have it. 16 week delivery was promised to us, when paid. I didn't even bother them until the 17 weeks. I waited again until 20 weeks. I was told they still had no information, no manager of the store, and that i could not speak to the owner of the store. I was told that i just wasn't patient enough or smart enough to understand the shipping and delivery process. I wish i could rate less than 1 star.

I had purchased beautiful Lani furniture and need to change the table and thanks to Danielle she made that possible. The tables are beautiful. It was well worth the wait.

I spent $1000 on 4 pvc sling, patio chairs ONE year ago. All 4 are coming apart at the seams and need to be replaced. The manufacturer says they haven't had a problem before so it must be my fault and wants to charge me MORE money to fix their defective product. The store just says, it's not our problem. I always try to buy local - silly me. If you buy here, don't expect ANY help when something goes wrong - customer service doesn't exist.

Was told we could purchase a chair off the floor for my mother but when we went to get it we were told it would have to be ordered because orders were taking to long for them to wait for a replacement. I guess their word can’t be trusted

Very helpful staff. Really was a great buying experience and hands down the best out door furniture we’ve ever had. Expected to wait 5 weeks for delivery but we’re very happy to get the call a week and a half early. Delivery was great as well. On time delivery and very professional and capable installers. Expensive stuff but every time I sit or lay on the new couch I say out loud - this is worth it. Comfortable even with long sittings.
