One of these things is not like the other. one of these things just doesn't belong. can you tell? Hmmm. ? not impressed with the bacon. Usually it's good not bits from a couple of slabs. But? What I really want to know is? Who stole the pig from the mouth of the bear eating it? and then made bacon ?. Not what I expected at all.

Great local butcher shop with a selection of just about everything you would need for a summer cookout or a low country boil! Plenty of local wines and beers to choose from as well. They also have several freezer display cases with ice cream, biscuits, soups, lobster, sausages, fish and I can’t remember what else! The staff is helpful and friendly and suggest cuts depending on your needs. Think this is the only place that dry ages beef!! They were aging some monsters tomahawk steaks on my visit. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program as well. Shop Local! Florida Man Approved!

Meat is great the one guy at the counter (secondtime around ) makes it seem inconvenient to be helpful. Sorry I'm done here. Loved the meat but not the attitude

I've been here twice, while the store is very clean and has knowledgeable staff. The variable meats is lacking, the sausage/brat seasoning options is either okay to very gross. Overall in my experience shopping it's got more buyers remorse than good to amazing food.Customer checkout staff is kind of friendly to awkward passive.I'll maybe go back once in a blue moon for sea food but never anything else.Outside of the seafood and meat, the produce and one off things they have are very overpriced and underwhelming.

Normally they are nice but today they acted like I was an inconvenience. For the prices they charge, be nicer. There is another Artisan butcher on the island after all

First time visiting this shop. Purchased a Cowboy Ribeye, filet mignon, broccolini, and some blue cheese finishing butter. I smoked the steaks on a traeger and topped them with the butter 5 minutes before I pulled the steaks. WOW!! I’m from Idaho but have lived in Florida for 3 years and have been very disappointed by the beef. But this place is amazing. Both cuts had great flavor and were both incredibly tender. I 100% recommend this place for beef.

An absolute gem! The best bacon, fish and meat we have ever bought. The eggs are farm fresh and local, plus less expensive than the grocery store free range. We always have the chicken sausage for breakfast and I could never go back to the packaged ones. I used to be a die hard fan of Costco meats, but this is so much better. An added bonus is I get to support a local business and the employees are always friendly and happy to see us!
