Carmen's the best! We met Carmen by chance at an open house in May. She's a good listener and understood us and our requirements. We were only intending to stay in St Augustine for Feb & Mar like we did last year snowbirding from NY. The Covid 19 crisis and postponements of planned events led us to extend our stay and it was a blessing ? for us. An opportunity arose to purchase a Beach ⛱ condo that was already beautifully furnished in the prestigious Ocean Gallery. We were under a deadline to return to NY but Carmen Gilliland was extremely helpful in expediting our processes and working with FBC Mortgage to accommodate our needs.
