Worst buying experience ever. They do not install cabinets or counter tops you have to deal with 2 other independent contractors more expensive then home depot who handle everything a to z.

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased cabinets from **** (female) and none of her promises were true. They did not meet the dates for arrival or install. You get what you pay for. Cheap cabinets that are already peeling. After install I provided payment for counter tops and was told they'd be out in a couple days, two weeks later they came out to measure and **** wanted me to pay extra because they couldn't make the original install date so I cancelled the order before the it was placed. When I asked for a refund they denied it stating I could have a credit. After talking to two other employees who stated they didn't understand the owners decision, I asked for the owner to contact me which he failed to do. My only option to get my money returned was to contact my credit card company and file a dispute. Three months later (today) I won the dispute. No one from Cabinet Factory Outlet responded to the banks dispute. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER

The Employees and the manager were wonderful. we had some hiccups with getting the cabinets because of the back up of deliveries all stores were experiencing but I got the cabinets in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Every time I go into my kitchen all I can say is "I LOVE MY CABINETS!" They were installed November of 2022, My family is getting tired of hearing me say it but, I DO LOVE my cabinets! I will be visiting them again because I need a few more things, I would highly recommend Cabinet Factory Outlet. I will be going back.....

Christina was great to work with. She went above and beyond to help with my cabinet design and answered all my questions. I did have some problems with the installer. He was not reliable and left some unsightly finishes.

We highly recommend Cabinet Factory Outlet in St. Augustine! From the showroom staff, David, Christina and Brandi, to the demolition and installment team, Roy and Lucius, these folks did their best to make sure that our kitchen remodel went perfectly. Also, the price was right. We plan to use them again next year to have our bathroom remodeled.

We were recommended this place from a friend. They helped us to design our kitchen to get the most useful yet esthetically pleasing design. We had gone to 3 different places before this place and they each had a different design. We felt like they really put a lot of thought into designing our kitchen. When the cabinet order came in and they were installed in my kitchen I was so impressed! It looked even better than I could have imagined! The cabinets we went with were solid and heavy duty & just so well made, incredible quality. The design was perfect! We chose to go with marble counter tops which normally I wouldn't have but granite could not do these cabinets Justice they were just so beautiful. I love my beautiful kitchen and I have this place to thank for them. I highly recommend them.

The cabinets are fine, except for an issue noted below. But the installer, Roy St. Vincent, was mediocre at best. 2 floating shelves on either side of the sink were off by 1/2" in height, the back panel of island was put in upside down (hubby had to trim so sawed edge would be covered), the right vertical cabinet next to exhaust fan was not vertically level (couldn't get tile design behind stove I wanted because of this), corner cabinet door hangs below actual cabinet, banged so hard on a pipe behind sink that stucco fell off the back porch adjacent wall! Then he was suppose to come back and install a shelf that was ordered wrong (said it would only take 30 minutes) never came back for 3 months, hubby had to do that too. So just DO NOT use him as the installer! BTW Christine took care of the shelve, with a little persuasion, kudos to her anyway

Really love the cabinets. Problem with the cabinet over the fridge no finished bottom and you can see the shim frame around the cabinet. The planet granite guy is great. He does exactly what he says he will do and will return to adjust whatever needs to be done. Now for the installation guy who retired from building custom homes from up north, I would not hire him to build a dog house. I figured he works as a subcontractor for the cabinet place so he is familiar with the product and would be the best bet to install. He put Holes in the bottom of my kitchen cabinet for the drain which was large enough for an armadillo to crawl through and so off that we had to to redo the holes and refit/glue the slubs he left from his original mess. He had to return to put a missing cabinet in and to install handles. I ordered a rollin that was missing and a shelf. He had the nerve to charge me $125 additional even though he had to return to finish the original order. Left a mess wood shavings all over the place. Get your own installer if they give you Roy the master builder beware

Beware- nothing but misinformation and "bait and switch". I went into the outlet to obtain a estimate and design plan. I was given a great price and design plan so I wrote a check for what I thought was the total amount. A couple of weeks later I was called to inform me that the peninsula (which I ordered in a different color) was mistakenly not included in the previous price so if I wanted the cabinets, I would need to write another check for $2000. When I received the cabinets, there were some things missing. When I inquired about this, they told me there had been a "design change"(which they did not tell me about). Like that isn't enough, I ordered countertops and again wrote a check for the materials for 15 sq ft. Then the countertop folks called to tell me that those measurements were inaccurate and it was actually 24 s.f. so I owned even more $. All this confusion and misinformation came from someone who said he had "more than 20 years experience in the industry ". Beware, beware!!!

Paid for measurements, they came out and measured my kitchen for cabinets. Then refused to give me the measurements.I'd also like to add that the design they did was pretty bad.

We contracted on April 3rd 2020 and our Kitchen is still not done. We were told pantry and cabinets would have same footprint as previous and we do not. Said lower cabinet on back order an d would not be in until July and gave us 3 drawer instead. Not happy would of waited for cabinet instead of drawer since NOW August. Keep calling and told will get back with you and they never do. Also asked for District Manager to call me and still waiting months later. DO NOT USE. PROMISES ARE NOT KEPT AND STILL 4 MONTHS LATER MY KITCHEN IS NOT DONE AND NO ONE WILL RETURN OUR CALLS.
